<br />in trust for the use and benefit of my son Fred C.Maurer,the other one fourth thereof,and
<br />deposit the same in some responsible bank,to himself as guardian,oe the said Fred C.Maurer,
<br />as may be for the best interest of the said trust.
<br />And out of the same,that he will pay the expenses for the care, custody, keeping and clothing
<br />and such gpending money as may be just and equitable,under the circumstances, until the said
<br />minor becomes of full age,or is married,and that at his arriving at full age,that he pay to
<br />the said minor the remainder thereof.And that he keep a correct account of all monies so
<br />advanced to the said minor,an d that he make a due and legal yearly report to the Probate Court
<br />of Hall Countyof his doings in the premises.
<br />And it is my wish that the said guardian treat the said minor as nearly as possible,as I would
<br />if living.
<br />Seventh,It is further my wish that the said minor complete his schooling in the high school,
<br />where he is now,and after graduating therefrom,if he desires to pursue his studies,he may
<br />attend any college or university that may be agreed upon between him and his said guardian,
<br />and that such lexpenses are to be paid out of his said share by the said guardian,if the course
<br />herein named is pursued,up to the time that said minor becomes of age.
<br />Eighth. It is further my request that my said executoroLd convey the aforesaid property,and
<br />collect the aforesaid monies as speedily as possible after accepting the trust herein created.
