<br />Ths.t I,Katherine Maurer,of the City of Grand Island,in the County of Hall,and State of Nebraska,
<br />being of sound and disposing mind and memory,do make and publish this my last will and testament'
<br />hereby revoking all former wills by me at any time heretofore made. And as to my worldly estate,

<br />WILL AND CERTIFICATE AND FINAL DECREE
<br />IN THE 4MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF
<br />FINAL DECREE.
<br />KATHERINE MAURER,DECEASED.
<br />Now,on this 6th day of October,1924,this cause came on for hearing upon the
<br />Final Report of Millard L.Keller,`Administrator de bonis non,with the will annexed,of theas-
<br />tate of Katherine Maurer,deceased,it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court from the proof
<br />now on file that notice was given to all persons interested in said estate of the filing of
<br />said report and of the time appointed for final settlement of said estate.
<br />On Consideration and Examination the Court finds that said Administrator has accounted for
<br />all of the estate of said deceased which came into his hands and that his report is correct
<br />in all respects and ought to be allowed.
<br />THE COURT FINDS THAT NOTICE as required by law and by order of Court was given to all cred-
<br />itors as to the time allowed and place appointed for filing claims against the estate of said
<br />deceased,and that the time allowed for filing claims has fully e xpired;that all claims filed
<br />and allowed against said estate have been paid and satisfied and that all claims outstanding
<br />against said estate,not so filed,if any such there be,are therefore forever barred and mxcluded
<br />THE COURT FINDS that the balance,$36.92,as hhown by said report,should be divided equally
<br />among the children of the testatrix,namely : - Floyd E. Maurer,Hazel M. Marks,Ruth E. Borders,and
<br />Fred C. Maurer. i
<br />THE COURT FINDS that the said Katherine Maurer departed this life on the 3rd day of October,
<br />1921,that she was at the time of her death a resident and inhabitant of Hall County,Nebraska,
<br />and that she left a last will and testament which instrument was duly proved,allowed,and ad,-
<br />witted to probate in this Court on the 31st day of October,1921,and recorded in this office.
<br />THE COURT FINDS that the said Katherine Maurer died seized in fee of the following described
<br />real estate situate in the County of Ha.11,and State of Nebra.ska,to -wit:
<br />Lot No.Four (4) in Block No.Fifteen (15) in Rollins Addition to the City of Grand Island,and that
<br />under and by virtue of the provisions in said last will and testament the above mentioned and

<br />described real estate did pass and descend at the death of the testatrix in the manner follow-
<br />ing:-
<br />To Floyd E.Maurer,her son,an undivided one - fourth (4) part thereof,To Hazel M.Marks,her daugh- E
<br />ter an undivided one - fourth (j) part thereof,To Ruth E.Borders,her daughter,an undivided one -
<br />fourth ( +) part thereof,and To Fred C.Maurer,her son,an undivded one - fourth (4) part thereof,
<br />and that under the terms of said last will and testament the executor thereof was given full

<br />power and authority to sell and dispose of said real estate.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED Vt THE COURT that the report of Millard L.Keller,administrator,
<br />be and the same hereby is approved and allowed as and for his final account.
<br />IT IS FURTHER CONSIDERED that all persons are forever barred from filing or setting up any
<br />claims or demands against the estate of Katherine Ma.urer,deceased.
<br />IT IS CONSIDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THr COURT that all of the right,title,and interest
<br />of Katherine Maurer,in and to Lot 4 in Block 15 in Rollins Addition to the City of Grand Island,
<br />In Hall County,Nebraska,did pass and descend at her death under the provisions of her last will
<br />and testament to Floyd E.Maurer,Hazel M.Marks,Ruth E.Borders,and rted.C.Maurer,each of them
<br />taking an undivided one - fourth part thereof in absolute title and the Court awards it accordinglq�.
