<br />late at his home in Hall County,Nebraska,on or about the 10th day of March,19$6.that more than
<br />two years have elapsed between his death and'the filing of the petition herein;that no applica-
<br />tion or petition has ever been filed for the administration of the estate of the said Stephen
<br />McKee,in the state of Nebraska,nor has his estate ever been administered upon in the state of
<br />Nebraska,that said Stephen McKee died seized as the owner of an undivided six - twenty- fifths of
<br />the south half of the southwest quarter of Section seven (7) in Township Nine (9) North,Range
<br />Twelve (12) Nest of the 6th P. M. , in Hall County,Nebraska; that said Stephen McKee left surviving
<br />him,as his heirs at law and next of kin,and his only heirs at law and next of kin,Mary McKee,
<br />his surviving mother,Caroline Mcgee,4fterwards intdrmarried with one John A.Gee,a sister,David
<br />McKee and James McKee,brothers,whose relationship to said deceased was that of mother,sister,
<br />and brothers,and that upon the death of said Stephen McKee,the real estate hereinbefore des-
<br />cribed as owned by him,passed and descended tinder the intestate laws of the state of Nebraska
<br />then in force,in equal shares to said Mary cKee,Caroline McKee,David McKee,and James McKee,
<br />mother,sister,and brothers,of said deceased;that the petitioner Dora Hill is the present owner
<br />of the real estate hereinbefore described and competent and proper person to prosecute this
<br />proceeding for the purpose of determining the time and place of the death of the said Stephen
<br />McKee,that he died intestate,determining who were his heirs at law,their degree of kinship to
<br />him,and the right of descent of the real estate owned by said deceased at the time of his death'.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT THAT all debts of the said Stpphen
<br />McKee,deceased,if any such exist,are forever barred and precluded,that further administration
<br />of the estate of the said Stephen McKee,deceased,is hereby dispensed with and his estate is
<br />hereby forever settled and closed.

<br />transcript thereof,and of the whole of such original record;that said Court is a Court of Record
<br />having a seal,which seal is hereto attached;that said Court has no Clerk authorized to sign
<br />certificates in his own name,and that I am the legal custodian of said Seal and of the Records
<br />of said Court,and that the foregoing attestation is in due form of law.
