<br />testament of John L. "7.' nd.olph,decea.sed, 7,,as filed for probate in this Court. That on the 3" day of
<br />November 1923,said, instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved,probated and
<br />allowed as the last dill and testament of the real and personal estate of said John L.Irindolph,
<br />deceased,and the same rss �)rd.ered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.

<br />IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE
<br />OF FINAL DECREE.
<br />JOHN L.77I '_%TDOLPH',DECEASED. Now on this 30th day of August,1924,this cause came on to be
<br />heard upon the final report of John H. Windolph,Executor of the Last Will and Testament of John I,
<br />L.''indolph,dece., sed,it appent.ring to the satisfaction of the Court {'rom the proof now on file
<br />that notice as by law required,was given to all persons interested in the estate,of said deceased,
<br />as to the filing of said .report and of the time appointed for final settlement of said estate,and
<br />that no one appeared to protest against the allowance thereof.
<br />ON EXA ";- INATION of said report and on consideration of the testimony in support thereof the
<br />Court finds that said Executor has received from all sources the sung of $3084.12,and has paid
<br />out for funeral expenses,inconie tax,State and Federal Inheritance Tax,and expenses of Administra-
<br />tion the sUsn of $1307.3g,leaving in his hands for distribution among the residuary legatees the
<br />sum of $1776.74; that his report is correct in all respects and ought to be allowed as and for
<br />his final account.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDER= D BY THE COURT that the report of John H. Windolph, executor,be and
<br />the same hereby is approved and allowed as and for his final account and that upon his filing
<br />in this Court the receipts of the residuary legatees for their respective shares of the amount
<br />remaining in the hands of the Executor,he stand discharged of his trust and his bond is released.
<br />THE COURT FINDS that notice Was given to all creditors of said deceased of the time allowed
<br />and place appointed for filing claims against the estate of said John L.Irindolph,that the time
<br />allowed for filing claims against said estate has fully expired,that all claims filed and allowed
<br />against said estate have been paid and. satisfied and that all claims outstanding against the
<br />estate of said deceased,if any such exist,are therefore forever barred and excluded.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE =NTMDDERTD that all persons are forever barred from filing or setting up any
<br />claims or demand of whatsoever nature against the estate of John L.7 indolph,- deceased.
<br />THE COURT FINDS that the said John L.Windolph departed this life on the 30th day of September)
<br />1923,that he was at the time of his death a resident and inhabitant of Hall County,Nebraska,and
<br />that he left a last 'Will and Testa.ment,which instru}:ient was duly proved, allowed, and admitted to
<br />probate in this Court on the 3rd day of November,1923,after due notice to all persons interested.
<br />TH7, COURT FINDS that the said John L.17indolph died seized in fee of part of the North -east
