<br />I herr-by ratify and confirm the will made by me in t1T year 1916 and prepar. ed by A.C. `Zayer,but.
<br />with this exception,that is to say,that part of said will which gives Lot Fifteen in the County
<br />Subdivision of the "Vest half of the South 'Test quarter of Section Fifteen (15) in tovmship
<br />eleven (11) North Range Nine D9) to my son John and. my daughter Annie I hereby revoke,and in-

<br />stead thereof I give devise and bequeath said Lot Fifteen (15) to my three children Frank J.

<br />Nebraska. He shall hold,manage,rent and control said property in trust for my grandchildren,
<br />Chester Charles ""indolph,Lucas A."indolph,a.nd - Marie .agdalena 7indolph. After paying the taxes
<br />insurance,repairs and other expenses necessary and incidental to the up -keep and the management
<br />of said premises,he shall use as much of -,RThat is left from the income from said property as is
<br />necessary to comfortably keep,clothe and school said. grandchildren,said proceeds to be divided
<br />into three part5,one part for each said grandchild.
<br />Said trustee shall keep the re=minder of said net proceeds,if any,until the first day of
<br />Ja.nuary,A. D. 1935,a.t which time he shall settle his account rith said. grandchildren,and shall
<br />convey said premises to theTor to their heirs. The said trustee shall receive a reasonable
<br />compensation for his services.
<br />I have made no further provision in this mill for my said daughter Anna,for the reason that
<br />I have a -,mply provided for her during my life time.

<br />2. All of the rest residue and remainder of my esta.te,I give,d.evise and bequeath unto my

<br />In the event that any devisee should attack this will,or seek to have the same declared null
<br />and void for any reason,or upon any ;round wha.tever,either for himeelf or on behalf of any
<br />one else,I give to such person the sum of Ten Dollars ( 10.00),and the provisions heretofore
<br />made for such .�evisee shall be void,and of no force and effect,and the devise heretofore in
<br />this i ^ill made for such person shall revert to ray estate and become a part of the residue
<br />thereof,and such person contesting this will or on behalf of whom this will may be contested,
<br />shall not participate as a residuary legatee in said residue or remainder.
