HALL COUNTY of the South -ea.st Quarter of the South -west Quarter of Section Twenty -three in Township Eleven in Range Nine in Hall Colanty,Nebraska,did pass and descend at the death of the said Carl Gosda, ¢ 2572 —Klopp Printing Co., Omaha Now on this 23rd day of August,1924,this cause came on for hearing upon the final report of Emil Gosda,Executor of the last Will and Testament of Carl Gosda,deceased,an d it appearing - to thesatisfa.etion of the Court from the proof now on file that notice was given to all per - sons interested of the filing of said report and of thetime fixed for final settlement of said estate by publication in the GRAND ISLAND HERALD and that no one has appeared to protest against the allowance of said report. ON EXAM.INATION THEREOF the Court finds that said report is correct in every respect and ought to be allowed;that the Executor has accounted for all of the estate of said deceased which came into his possession or under his control;that the special legacy of $50.00 to Adolph Gosda has been paid by the Executor. TH7 COURT FINDS that notice was given to all creditors of said deceased of the time allowed and place appointed for filing clai.ns against the estate of said deceased,that the time allowed for filing claims ha.s fully expired;that no claims of any nature were filed or allowed against, said estate and, that all claims outstanding against Laid deceased or his estate,if any such exist,are therefore,forever barred and excluded.. IT IS TH7'RTFORT CONSI ^FRED BY THE COURT that all persons are forever barred frog: filing or setting up any claims or demands a.g ^inst the estate of said deceased. IT IS FURTHTR CONSIrEFED BY THE COURT that the report of the executor Emil Gosda,be and the same i approved and allowed as and for his final account and he is discharged of his trust and his bond is released. THE COURT FINDS that the said Carl Gosda departed this life on the 27th day of January,1919, testate,and that he was at the time of his death a resident and inhabitant of Hall County,Neb- raska. THE COURT FURTHER FINDS that the said Carl Gosda was at the time of his death the owner in fee simple of the following described reol estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebr,:ska,to-wit:- The North-half of the North -west Quarter (NI of N "I�,) of Section Twenty -six (26) in Township Elcven (11) in Range Nine (9); The East Half of the South -east Quarter (E2 SE4) of the South -west Quarter (5;94) of Section Twenty -three (23) in Township Eleven (11) in Range Nine (9) and The South -half of the South -east Quarter (S2 S' V,1) of Section Twenty -three (23) in Township Eleven (11) in Range nine (9). THE COURT FINDS that under and by. virtue of the, last "'ill and T..estament of said Carl Gosda all of the above mentioned and described real estate did pass and descend at his death in the manner following: To Emil Gosda,the North -half of the North -west Quarter of Section Twenty -six in Township Eleven in Range Nine and the East -half of the South -east Quarter of the South -west Quarter in Section Twenty -three of ToT*mship Eleven in Range Yline,to be his sbsolutely,:zur: ject bowever,to the life estate therein of Augustine Gosda,,��idow of the said Carl Gosda,decea.sed.To Augustine Gosda, the South -half of the South -east Quarter of Section Twenty -three in Township Eleven In Range Nine in absolute title,to her heirs and assigns forever.
