� 4851 WRLL AND DECREE RECORD ?SILL AND CERTIFICATE AND FINAL DECREE I,Carl Gosda make this my last will hereby revoking all former wills. I appoint my son Emil Gosda executor of this will and direct that no bonds shall be required of him. All my just debts shall be paid out of my personal property. To my son Emil I give and devise the North half of the North West quarter of Section No. Twenty six (26) and the East half of the South East of South West Quarter of Section No.Twenty three (23 ) all in township Eleven (11) North Range Nine ( 9 ) 17est 611 P. M. subject to the life estate therein hereininafter devised to my wife. In addition thereto I give my said son Emil one half of all my personal property to be his own forever. To my son Adolph I give the sum of fifty dollars which my son Emil shall pay him one year after my death. To my wife Augustine Gosda I give the use of the real estate given my son Emil for the period of her natural life and no longer. I have made no provisions in this will for my son Adolph,excepting fifty dollars for the reason that my wife will provide for him as he deserves and I have confidence in her judgment and Trish to leave her to act as she thinks best. All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate I give,devise and bequeath to my wife Augustine Gosda and to her heirs and assigns forever. Done at Grand Island Nebraska this 17" day of January,A.
