<br />and testament of the said Lauraette Campbell,deceased,the same passed,by absolute title,to Lafayette
<br />F.Campbell,a. son of said deceased,and Harold R.Campbell,a grandson of said dedeased,in the follow-
<br />ing proportions:To Lafayette F.Camobell,an undivided two- thirds,and to Harold R.Campbell,an un-
<br />divided one - third.
<br />IT IS,THER7FOR7,ORDFRED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of the said
<br />Lafayette F.Campbell,as executor of the last will and testament of said Lauraette Campbell,
<br />deceased,be,and the same hereby is approved and allowed as and for his final report,said estate
<br />is hereby settled and closed and said executor discharged.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND D77CREED BY THE COURT that all persons having claims against
<br />the estate of the said Lauraette Campbell,deceased,if any such there be,are forever barred,ex-
<br />eluded and enjoined from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the real estate hereinbefore
<br />described of t-:hich the said Lauraette Campbell died seized the owner passed and descended,under
<br />the terms and ;provisions of the last and test& t of the said Lauraette Campbell,deceased,
<br />as hereinbefore found by the Court and distribution thereof is hereby accordingly made.
