<br />IN THE' COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY,NEBRASKA.
<br />In the matter of the estrate of
<br />Lauraette Campbell, FINAL DECREE.
<br />Deceased.
<br />RTow,on this 6th day of September,1924,this cause came on for
<br />hearing upon the final report of Lafayette F.Campbell,executor of the last will and testament
<br />of Lauraette Campbell,deceased,and upon his petition for the settlement of said estate and his
<br />discharge herein,and the Court,having examined the records and files and being fully advised
<br />in the premises,finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons interested in said
<br />estate of the time and place fixed for the hearing upon said report and petition,and no one
<br />appeasing to object to said report and the Court having examined the same,together with the
<br />vouchers on file,finds that said report is true and correct in all things and that the same
<br />ought to be allowed and approved as and for the final report of said executor.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Lauraette Campbell departed this life,testate,at her
<br />home in Hall County,lTebra.ska,on the 4th day of Ma.rch,1924,and that at the time of her death
<br />she was a resident and inhabitant of Hall County,Nebra.ska,and that her last will and testament
<br />was duly proven,allowed,and admitted to probate in this Court on the 5th day of April11924,
<br />and letters testamentary issued thereon to the said Lafayette F.Campbell.
<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons interested
<br />in said estate of the time and place fixed for filing claims against the estate of the said
<br />Lauraette Campbell,deceased,and that the time so fixed has fully expired,and all persons having
<br />claims against said estate,if any such Cher^ be,are forever barred and excluded from setting
<br />up or asserting any such claims against said estate.
<br />The Court further finds that there has come into the hands of said executor belonging to said°
<br />estate the sum of $4407.51,that said executor has paid the funeral expenses of said deceased,
<br />debts against said estate,and the costs of a dministration,amounting in all to $915.77,leaving
<br />a balance in his hands for distribution under the provisions of the will of said deceased of
<br />$3491.74,and under ther terms and provisions of the will of said deceased one -third thereof
<br />passes to Herold R.9ampbell and two - thirds thereto to Lafayette E.Campbell,and said executor
<br />has made distribution thereof accordingly.
<br />The Court further finds that said estate is not subject to an inheritance tax under the
<br />laws of the state of Nebraska,nor to a Federal estate tax under the laws of the United States.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Lauraette Campbell died seized as the orner of the
<br />fee simple title to the following described real estate situated in the county of Hall and
<br />state of Nebraska,to- wit:The west sixty -seven (67) feet of the south fifty (50) feet of Lot
<br />Four (4) in Block One (1) in Hann's Addition to the city of Grand Island,being a rectangular
<br />piece of ground having a west frontage of 50 feet on Locust Street,a depth of 67 feet,and being
<br />bounded on the south by Koenig Street,and that under the terms and provisions of the last will
<br />and testament of the said Lauraette Campbell,deceased,said real estate passed,by absolute

<br />title,to Lafayette_F.®ampbell,a son of said deceased;also the south forty -three (43) feet of
<br />Lot Three (3) and the northseven (7) feet of Lot Four (4) in said Block One (1) of Hann's Addi-
<br />tion to the city of Grand Island,forming together a rectangular piece of ground having a west
<br />frontage of 50 feet, on Locust Street ,a depth, of 127 feet,and bounded on the east by the alley
<br />in said Block 1, and that under the terms and provisions of the last will and testament of the
<br />said Lauraette Campbell,deceased,the same passed,by absolute title,to Jeanette Campbell Dorsey,
<br />a daughter,of said deceased;also Lots One (1) and Two (2) in Block Four (4) in Ashton Place,
