WILL AND CERTIFICATE AND FINAL DECREE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />That,I,La.uraette Campbell of Prand Island,Hall County,Nebra.ska,being of sound and disposing
<br />mind and memory,do make,publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament:
<br />FIRST:- desire that all my just debts,and the expenses of my last sickness and funeral and of
<br />the administration of my estate be paid out of my estate.
<br />SECOND: -I give,devise and bequeath unto my beloved son Lafayette F.dampbell,the following des-
<br />cribed real estate,situate in Hall County,Nebraska,to -wit: The 'Test `sixty -seven (67) feet of
<br />the South Fifty (50) feet of Lot Four (4) in Block One (1) of Hann's Addition to the City of
<br />Grand Island,Nebra.ska,being a rectangular piece of ground having a 'Nest frontage of 50 feet on
<br />Locust Street,a depth of 67 feet,and bounded on the South by Koenig Street.
<br />THTRD:- I give,devise and bequeath unto my beloved daughter Jeanette Campbell Dorsey,the follow-
<br />ing described. real estate,situa.ted in Hall County,Nebraska,to -wit:
<br />The South Fcrty -three (43) feet of Lot Three (3) ,and the North Seven (7) feet of Lot Four (4)
<br />in Block One (1) of Hann' s Addition to the City of Grand I sla.nd,Nebra.ska, forming, together,a rec.
<br />tangula.r piece of ground having a West frontage of 50 feet on Locust Street,a depth of 127
<br />feet,and bounded on the East by the alley in said Block.
<br />FOURTH:- Of all the rest and residue of my estate,of whatsoever nature and wheresoever found,
<br />I give,devise and bequeath two - thirds (2/3) unto my said. son,Lafayette F.Campbell,and the
<br />remaining one -third (J) unto my grandson Harold Campbell (son of my deceased son Ha.rold),but
<br />shoul d said g rands o n die prior t o my de c e,s e ,le vin g no lawful i sue ,t hen s ai d one-third ( 1 )
<br />of the red.idue,and also any insurance m ney I may leave him,sha.11 be equally divided between
<br />my said son and d.a.ughter , Lafayette F. Campbell and Jea.nett e Campbell Dorsey.
<br />FIFTH:1. I hereby nominate and appoint my said son,Lafayette F.Campbell,sole executor of this
<br />my Last Will and Testa.ment,a.nd I desire that he be not required to give surety 'on his bond
<br />as such executor.
<br />Dated at Grand Island.,Nebraska,this 20th day of June,1917.
