<br />Now,on this 29th day of June,1924,this cause came on for hear-
<br />ing upon the final report of Catherine Sievers,executrix,and Minnie Hofmann,administratrix with
<br />the :,will annexed of the estate of Theodore Sievers,deceased,and upon their petition for the
<br />settlement of said estate and their discharge herein and the Court having examined the records
<br />and files. and being fully advised in the premises,finds that due and legal notice has been given
<br />Jo all persons interested in said estate of the time and place fixed by the court for a hearing
<br />upon said report and petition as heretofore ordered by the Court,and the Court having examined
<br />staid report,together with the vouchers on file,and no one appearing to object to the same,finds'
<br />that said report is true and correct in all things and that the same ought to be approved and
<br />allowed as and for the final report of said executrix and administtatrix, said estate settled and
<br />closed and said executrix and administratrix discharged.
<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time
<br />and place fixed for filing claims against the estate of said deceased and that the time so fixed
