<br />WILL AND CERTIFICATE AND FINAL DECREE
<br />Last Will and Testament of Theodore Sievers.
<br />I,Theodore Sievers,of Grand Island,Aall County, Nebraska, being of sound mind and disposing
<br />memory do make and publish this,my last Will and Testament,by -it revoking all former Wills by
<br />me made.

<br />I direct my Exe=#rix,hereinafter named,to pay all of my just debts,including the expenses
<br />of my last sickness and death and the costs and expenses of probating this Will and settling
<br />my estate,from my personal property,as soon after my death as can practically be arranged.If
<br />such personal property be insufficient I• authorize my said Executrix to sell so much of my
<br />real estate as may be necessary for that purpose.

<br />I give and bequeath to my beloved wife,Catherine Sievers,all of my personal property of
<br />whatsoever wind or nature and wherever situated to be held by her absolutely.

<br />I give and devise unto my said wife,Catherine,all of my real estate,wherever situated,to be
<br />by her held for and during the term of her natural life. She to take all the tents and profits
<br />from said real estate and exercise an exclusive management over same and to be
<br />required to make no accounting to any person whatsoever for said rents or profits. She to be
<br />required to pay any taxes levied thereon. I also direct that in the event my said wife,Cather-
<br />ine Sievers,shall find it necessary,in her judgment,to sell any of said real estate,sha.shall
<br />have the power so to do and her deed shall transfer a clear fee simple title,without procuring
<br />an order from any Court whatsoever,the within being full authority to her to deed and transfer
<br />said real estate. In the event my said wife shall find it necessary to so transfer any of my
<br />real estate,then and in that event the proceeds thereof shall become hers,absolutely,as pro-
<br />vided for other personal property herein bequeathed. The within power of sale shall not operate
<br />as a transfer to her of any of the real estate remaining unsold at her death.

<br />At the time of the death of my said wife,Catherine Sievers,I direct that there shall be paid
<br />to my son,Otto Sievers,the sum of $1,000.00,same to be payable to him within six months after
<br />the death of my said wife.

<br />On the death of my said wife,Catherine Sievers,I give and devise the remainder of any real
<br />estate of which I may die possessed and which shall not have been disposed of by my said wife

<br />under the power herein unto her conferred,to my daughter Minna Hoffman,my son William Sievers
<br />and my son Otto Sievers each to take a one -third part thereof in fee simple and all as tenants

<br />IN the event my beloved wife,Catherine Sievers,shall precede me in death then I direct that
<br />from my estate there shall be paid to my son Otto Sievers the sum of $1,000.00 within six
<br />months from the date of my death and all the remainder of my estate of whatsoever kind or nature:
<br />and wherever situated 71 give,bequeath and devise unto my daughter Minna Hoffman,my son William
<br />Sievers and my son Otto Sievere,each to take a one -third part thereof absolutely.
