<br />all in Hall County,Nebraska,all of Section 23,in Township lO,North,Range 19 Westin Buffalo County,
<br />Nebraska,and the southwest quarter of Section 29,in Township 12 north,Range 32 Westin Lincoln
<br />County,Nebraska,and all other real estate owned by said Martin Schimmer at the time of his death
<br />and not herein pgrtteularly described,passed,by absolute title,to Emma,Sanders,Lena Galyean,
<br />Dora Shipton,Martin Schimmer,Jr.,and Walter Schimmer,in the following proportions: To Emma Sanders,
<br />Lena Scheel Galyean,and Dora Shipton,each an undivided one- fourth,and to Martin Schimmer,Jr. ,
<br />and Walter Schimmer,each an undivided one- eighth.
<br />IT IS,THEREFORE,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of the said
<br />R.R.Horth,as administrator of the estate of the said Martin Schimmer,deceased,be,and the same
<br />hereby is,approved and allowed as and for his final report,said estate is hereby settled and
<br />closed and said administrator discharged and his bond as such released.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all persons having claims against
<br />said estate,if any such there be,are forever barred,enjoined and excluded from setting up or
<br />asserting any such claims against said estate.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,AD:JUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the real estate of which the
<br />said Martin Schier died the owner passed and descended,under the terms and provisions of his
<br />last will and testament,and the laws of the state of Nebraska in such case made and provided,
<br />to the persons hereinbefore found entitled to the same and in the manner and in the proportions
<br />to which they are hereinbefore found entitled to the same,and distribution thereof is hereby
<br />accordingly made.

<br />the Records of said Court,and that the foregoing attestation is in due form of law.
