<br />All of the rest,residue and remainder of my property and estate,of every kind and nature,
<br />real,personal,or mixed,and wheresoever situate,I give,devise and bequeath,in equal shares,to
<br />my said children,John Sehimmer,Emma Sanders,Lena Scheel,and Dora Shipton,and to their heirs
<br />and assigns forever,and in the event of the death of any of my said children leaving issue
<br />or descendants him or her surviving,then the share of such deceased child or children, shall not
<br />lapse,but shall pass and descend to such issue or descendants by right of representation
<br />NINTH.
<br />I hereby name,nominate and appoint my said son,John Sehimmer,exeeutor of this,my last will
<br />and, testament.
<br />IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF,I have hereunto signed my name on this 15" day,of Deoember,1917,to this
<br />instrument, consisting of 6 pages of typewritten matter,all of which I have identified by sign-
