<br />WML AND DECREE RECORD
<br />death of my said wife and the termination of said life estate in said last described tract,I
<br />hereby give,devise and bequeath the remainder over in said tract in fee to my son John Schimmer,
<br />and my daughter,Lena Scheel,and to their heirs and assigns forever.
<br />I also give and bequeath to my said wife,Emma Schimmer,all of my household goods and furniture
<br />and personal ornaments ;also the two cows,two horses,harness and buggies kept at my home place,where
<br />I now live.If there are not two cows and two horses on said place at the time of my death,then
<br />she shall be allowed to select their equivalent from any other stock owned by me at said time.
<br />I also give and bequeath to my said wife,Twenty -five Hundred Dollars in cash,to.be paid to her out
<br />of my estate,and direct thit she shall have a reasonable allowance for her support during the time
<br />of the settlement of my said estate.
<br />THIRD.
<br />I give,devise and bequeath to my daughter,Emma Sanders,the northwest quarter of Section 32,
<br />In Township 10, North, Range 9, and the East half of the northeast quarter and the northwest
<br />quarter of the northeast quarter, or Lot 2, all in Section 36, Township 10, Range 10 West, also
<br />bot Number 4 on Island in Section 5 and Lot Number 1 in the Northwest quarter of section 4 in
<br />Township 9,Range 10 West,in Hall County,Nebraska,and to her heirs and assigns forever.
<br />FOURTH.
<br />I give,devise and bequeath to my daughter,Dora Shipton,the northeast quarter of the north-
<br />west quarter and Lots number 2 and 3 on Mainland,and the East half of the Southeast quarter,and
<br />Lots Number 1,2 and 3 on Island,all in Section lOTownship lO,North,Range 10 West,the intention
<br />being to include all of the land I own in said Section 10 ;also the southwest quarter of the
<br />southwest quarter of Section ll,and the lortheast quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section
<br />15,and Lot Number 4 in Section 23,all in Township 10,North,Range 10 Westin Hall County,Nebraska,
<br />and to her heirs and assigns forever.
<br />FIFTH.
<br />I give,devise and bequeath to my son,John Schimmer,and to my daughter,Lena Schee*n equal
<br />shares,the north half of the southeast quarter,and the north half of the southwest quarter,and
<br />the northwest quarter of Section 5,in Township 10,North,Range 9 Rest ;also the west half of Section
<br />32 in Township 11,North,Range 9 West,subjeet to the life estate of my wife,Emma Schimmer,in 20
<br />acres thereof,as set forth in Clause 2 of this will; also all of the southeast' quarter -of Section
<br />36,Township 11,North,Raange 10 West,exoept about 20 acres thereof heretofore deeded to Cay Ewoldt,
<br />which deed is dated November 2001$82,recorded in Book F of Deeds at Page 579 of the records of
<br />Hall County;also a tract of about 2j acres, a little more or less,in the northeast quarter of the
<br />northeast quarter,of Section 1,Township 10,North,Range 10 West,being the land bought of Hans
<br />Wrange,by deed dated June 28,1883,recorded in Book 3 of Deeds,at Page 15 of the Records of said
<br />oounty;all of said land being in Hall County,Nebraska,and being devised to said John Schimmer and
<br />Lena Scheel and to their heirs and assigns forever.
<br />SIXTH.
<br />I give,devise and bequeath to my son,John Schimmer,Lots numbered 1,2 and 8 on Island in Section
<br />6,Township 9,North,Range 10 West,in Hall County,Nebraska,consisting of about 97 acres,and to his
<br />heirs and assigns forever.
<br />SEVENTH.
<br />I give,devise and bequeath to my said children,John'Schimmer,Lena Scheel and Dora Shipton,in;
<br />equal shares,Lot Number 15 in Section 31 and a part of lot 6 owned by me,and all of Lots 5,7,8,;
<br />11,12 and 13 in Section 32,�nd Lots 1,2,4,5,8 and 9 in Section 33,and part of Lot t on Mainland
<br />owned by mein Section 25,911 in Township 10 North,Range 10 West,also Lots 1,2 and 3,and the
<br />northwest quarter of the northeast quarter of Section 5,Township 9.Range 10 Westin Hall County,
<br />Nebraska,and to their heirs and assigns forever.
