<br />hereby is approved and allowed as and for his final report,and that he is hereby discharged w
<br />amd his bond released,and said estate is hereby closed and settled.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DE'CRE"D BY THE COURT that all persons having claims
<br />against the estate of said Frederick N. Splettstoeser,decea.sed,if any such there be, are forever
<br />barred and excluded from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate.

<br />ing apparel and oraments of said, deceased became the absolute property of the widow,Augusta H.
<br />Splettstoeser,and that the real estate,described as follows:
<br />Lot Seven (7) in Block Six (6) in "Tiebe's Addition to the city of Grand Island,Hall County
<br />Nebraska,
<br />passed and descended under and b�� virtue of the laws of the state of Nebraska,to Anna Dine,Louise
<br />Falkinburg,and Emil Splettstoeser,share and share alike,subject,however,to the right of home-
<br />stead of the widow,Augusta H.Splettstoeser,a.nd distribution thereof is hereby accordingly made
<br />and entered.
