9' <br />Noo 39 HALL C <br />2572 —Klopp Printing Co., Omaha <br />FINAL DECREE <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT 07 HALL COUNTY,NEBRASKA. <br />In the matter of the estate of <br />Frederick TT. Splettstoeser,also <br />known as William Frederick FINAL DECREE. <br />Splettstoeser,and also known as <br />William Splettstoeser, <br />Deceased. <br />Now,on this 11th day of August,1924,this cause came on for hearing upon the final <br />report of "Gilliam Suhr,administrator of said estate,of Frederick W.Splettstoeser,also known as <br />William Frederick Splettstoeser,and also known as William Splettstoeser,deceased, and the Court <br />having examined the final report,together with all other files and the testimony offered in <br />support thereof,find.s that said report is true and correct in all things and ought to be allowed <br />and approved as and for the final report of said administrator. <br />The Court further finds that said deceased departed this life on the loth day of July,1923, <br />in Grand Island,Hall County,Nebraska,and that he was at said time a resident and inhabitant <br />. <br />of said county of Hall and state of Nebraska,and was the husband of Augusta H.Splettstoeser;that <br />a petition for administration of his estate was on the 13th day of July,1923,filed in the County <br />Court of Hall County,Nebraska,and upon hearing thereon on the 9 day of August,1923,William Suhr <br />was appointed administrator of said estate and duly qualified as such and has made his reports <br />of his administration as required by law. <br />"Gilliam <br />The Court further finds that the said Frederick W. Splettstoeser was also known as Frederick <br />�. A <br />Splettstoeser,and also known as William Splettstoeser and that he transacted business undereach <br />of said names,and the Court finds that said Frederick 7.Splettstoeser and William Frederick <br />Splettstoeser and 7illiam Splettstoeser is one and the same person,notwithstanding the discrepan- <br />cy in names. <br />The Court further finds that said Frederick 'G. Splettstoeser died seized as the o1nmer in fee <br />simple of the following described real estate: <br />Lot Number Seven (7) in Block Six (6) in ',;Viebets Addition to the city of Grand Island,Hall <br />County, Nebraska. <br />The Court further finds that said Frederick "!. Splettstoeser left s rvi4ing Augusta H. Spletts- <br />toeser,ividow,Anna Dine,a duaghter,and Louise Falkinburg,a daughter,and that there was a son,Emil ; <br />Splettstoeser,whose place of residence is unknown and who it is believed by the said widow and <br />daughters is dead,tha.t he has not been seen nor heard of by them for about five years. <br />The Court further finds that the household furniture,wearing apparel and ornaments belong to <br />the wid.ow,Augusta H.Splettstoeser,and that proper distribution thereof has been made. <br />M <br />The Court further finds that said real estate was the homestead and occupied as such by <br />said Frederick W.Splettstoeser and Augusta H.Splettstoeser,and that said real estate,under and <br />by virtue of the laws of Nebra.ska,passed and descended,share and share alike,to Anna Dine,Louise <br />Falkinburg,and Emil Splettstoeser , "subject,however,to the rights of homestead of the widow,Augusta <br />H. Splettstoeser. <br />The Court further finds that said estate was not subject to inheritance tax under the lawd <br />of the state of Nebraska and that said administrator has paid the funeral expenses of said <br />deceased and all the debts of the deceased and costs of administering the estate,and that said <br />estate ought to be closed and said administrator discharged. <br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time <br />and place fixed for filing claims against said estate of said Frederick W.Splettstoeser,deceased,! <br />and that the time so fixed has fully expired and that all persons having claims against said es- <br />tate of Frederick 1,G.Splettetoeser,deceased,if any such there be,and not filed herein,are forever <br />barred and excluded from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate. <br />
