<br />Cornwell,a daughter,and that upon the death of the said Belle Whitehead the title to the real
<br />estate hereinbefore described passed and descended under the Intestate Laws of the State of
<br />Nebraska to the said '�7a.11ace Whitehead,Frank Whi thead,71illiam G. Whitehead, Glenn E. "fhitehead,and
<br />Mary J. Cornwell sons and daughter of said decefted,share and share alike and that upon the death
<br />of the said Mary J. Cornwell upon the day following the death of the said Belle Whitehead the un-
<br />divided one -fifth of the real estate hereinbefore described passed and descended under the In-
<br />testate Lags of the State of Nebraska to Charles J.Cornwell,an undivided one -third and Asa D.Cornwell
<br />Edward Cornwell,Frank Cornwell,17alter Cornwell and Gladys Cornwell,sons and daughter of said Mary
<br />J.Cornwell,deceased,an undivided two- thirds,share and share alike.
<br />It is,Therefore,ORDL'RED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court t}lat the Final Report of the said
<br />William G.Whitehead as Administrator of the Estate of the said Belle "Vhitehead,deceased,be and
<br />the same hereby is allowed and approved as and for his Final Report,said estate is hereby sett-
<br />led and closed and said Administrator discharged.
<br />It is further ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that all persons having claims against
<br />the Estate of the said Belle Whitehead,deceased,if such there be, are forever ba rred,excluded and
<br />- enjoined from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate.
<br />It is further ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY the Court upon the death of the said Belle White-
<br />head the real estate hereinbefo a described passed and descended under the Intestate Laws of the
<br />State of ebraska to Wallace Whitehead,Frank Whitehead,17illiam G.Whitehead,Glenn E. Whitehead and
<br />Mary J.Cornwell,sons and daughter of said deceased,share and share alike,and that upon the death
<br />of the said Mary J.Cornwell on the day following the death of the said Belle Whitehead the title
<br />to an undivided one -fifth of the real estate hereinbefore described passed and descended under the
<br />Intestate Laws of the State of•Nebraska as follows;
