<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY,NEBRASKA.
<br />In the Matter of the Estate of
<br />FINAL DECREE.
<br />Belle Whitehead, Deceased.
<br />Now on this 9" day of August,1924,this cause came on for hear-
<br />ing upon the Final Report of William G.Whitehea.d,Administrator of the Estate of Belle Whitehead,
<br />deceased,and upon his petition heretofore filed herein for the settlement of said estate and his
<br />discharge herein and the Court having examined the records and files and being fully advised
<br />in the premises and no one jappearing to object to said report finds that due and legal notice
<br />has been given to all persons of the time and place fixed for the hearing upon said report and
<br />petition as heretofore ordered by the Court,and the Court having examined said report together
<br />with the vouchers on file finds that said report is true and correct in all things and that the
<br />same ought to be allowed and approved as and for the Final Report of said Administrator.
<br />The Court further finds that said Administrator has received moneys belonging to said estate
<br />in the sum of $153.QO,that he has paid funeral expenses of said deceased and the costs of this
<br />proceeding and the amount so expended by said Administrator is $379.60 in excess of the amount
<br />received by him,that nothing further remains of the personal estate of said deceased and that
<br />said estate ought to be settled and closed and said Administrator discharged.
<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time
<br />and place fixed for {'iling claims against said estate and that the time so fixed has fully ex-
<br />pired and all persons having claims against said estate,if any such there be,are forever barred
<br />and excluded from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate.

<br />The Court further finds that the said Belle Whitehead died seized as the owner in fee simple
<br />title of Lot Four (4) in Block One Hundred Ten (110) in Railroad Addition to Grand Island,Neb.-
<br />raska,a.nd Lot Six (6) in Block Sixteen (16) in Rollins' Addition to Grand Islan d,Nebraska,all
<br />in Hall County;that said Belle Whitehead was a widow at the time of her death and that she left
<br />surviving her as her heirs -at -law and her only heirs- at- law,Wallace "7hitehead,a son;Frank White-
<br />head,a. son; William G. Whitehead,a son; Glenn E.17hitehead,a son,and Mary J. Cornwell,a dgughter,and

<br />that the said Mary J.Cornwell departed this life,intestate,on the 20" day of March,1923,the day
<br />following the death of the said Belle Whitehead and that the said Mary J.Cornwell left surviving
<br />her as her heirs -at -law and her only heirs- at- la:w,Charles U.Cornwell,her surviving husband;Asa
<br />?D-Cornwell,a son;Edward Cornwell,a son;Frank Cornwell,a son;'Talter Cornwell,a son;and Gladys
