<br />WRLL AND DECREE REGORD
<br />LAST STILL AND TESTAMENT OF FREDERICK 17 BEHRENS.
<br />I,Frederick W.Behrens,of Hall County, Nebraska, being of sound mind and memory,but mindful of .
<br />the uncertainties of life,do make publish and declare this my last will and testament and I
<br />hereby revoke all former wills made by me.
<br />ITEM FIRST.
<br />I direct that my just debts,including the expenses of my last illness and burial,be first paid.
<br />ITEM SECOND•
<br />I give,devise and bequeath to my beloved wif e,Emma C.Behrens,all my estate,real personal and
<br />mixed,now owned or hereafter acquired by me,of whatsoever kind and wherever situate,to have and
<br />to hold to her absolutely,subject to,however,and charged with the payment of the legacy to my
<br />sister,Alvina Behrens Brammer,provided in item third hereof.
<br />ITEM THIRD.
<br />I give and bequeath to my sister,Alvina Behrens Brammer,of W7ildeville,Louisiana,the sum of
<br />Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000.00) to be paid by my executrix,within two years after my death
<br />or,if ready cash is available and it can be conveniently done,I recommend that my executrix pay
<br />the same to my said sister in whole or in installments before that time.
<br />ITEM FOURTH.
<br />I nominate and appoint my beloved wife,Emma C. Behrens, executrix of this my last will and direct
<br />that she be permitted to qualify without giving bond.
<br />I declare the foregoing to be my last will. Signed in duplicate this 15th day of December,1923.
