<br />and place appointed for filing claims against said estate,iy publication of such notice for
<br />four consecutive weeks in thb.'GRAND ISLAND INDEPENDENT,a legal newspaper published in Hall
<br />County,Nebraska;that the time allowed',for filing claims against said estate has fully expired
<br />and that all claims outstanding against said deceased or her estate,if any such there be,are
<br />therefore forever barred and excluded.
<br />The Court further finds that all claims filed and allowed against said estate have been
<br />paid and satisfied.
<br />The Court finds that the said Maude Bright died on the 17th day of February,19 ?0,being at
<br />the time of her death a resident of Hall County,Nebraska,and that she left a last will and
<br />testament which instrument was duly proved,allowed and admitted to probate in this Court on
<br />the 255th day of March,1920,and entered of record in this office.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Maude Bright left surviving her as her only heirs
<br />at law,legatees and devisees,Thomas H.'Bright,her husband and Nicholas Gleim and Raymond Gleim
<br />her sons.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Maude Bright died seized in fee of the following
<br />described real estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska,to-wit:-
<br />Lots Numbered One and Two in Block Number 32 id the Original Town,now City of Grand Island,
<br />and that under the provisions of said Last Will and Testament all of the right,title and in-
<br />terest of the said Maude Bright in and to said real estate did pass and descend at the death

<br />of the testatrix to the said Thomas H.',Bright,Nicholas Gleim and Raymond Gleim in equal shares,
<br />an undivided one third part thereof to each of said devisees.
<br />It is therefore considered, adjudged and decreed that all of the right,title and interest
<br />of the said Maude Bright in and to Lots One and Two in Block Thirty Two in the Original Town,
<br />now City of Grand Island, in Hall County, Nebraska, did pass and descend at the death of the
<br />said Maude Bright,under the provisioner of her last will and testament,to the said Thomas H.

<br />Bright,Nicholas Gleim and Raymond Gleim,in equal shares,each of said devisees taking'an undiv-
<br />ided one -third part thereof,and the Court awards it to them.
<br />It is further considered by the Court that the report of the Executor,Thomas H.Bright,be
<br />and the same hereby is proved and allowed as and for his final account.
<br />It is further considered by the Court that all persons are forever barred from filing or
<br />setting up and claims or demands against the estate of Maude Bright,deceased,and the said estate
<br />is cl osed.

<br />BRIGHT,DECEASEDwith the original thereeof,now remaining in said Court,that the same is a correct
<br />transcript thereof and of the whole ofl such original record; that said Court is a Court of Record;
<br />having a seal,which seal is hereto attached;that said Court has no Clerk authorized to sign
<br />certificates in his own name,and that I am the legal custodian of said Seal and of the Records
<br />of said Court,and that the foregoing attestation is in due form of law.
