<br />IT IS,THEREFORE,BY THE COURT ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED,that the final report of said Ad..
<br />ministrator be and the same is hereby allowed and approved,that all debts and claims not filed
<br />of which I may die possessed and wherever situated,subject,however,to the conditions hereinafter
<br />set forth in paragraph numbered five (5) hereof.
<br />5.I direct my Executor to invest the j undivided interest to Nicholas Gleim,in paragraph num.
<br />tiered three (3)2aforesaid,and the j undivided interest bequeathed to Rayn)ond Gleim,in paragraph I
<br />numbered Four (4),aforesaid,in first class securities,until they become of the age of 21 years.
<br />against said estate,if any exist,are forever barred and precluded;that the above described real
<br />estate of which said deceased died seized;together with all personal property and effects of
<br />said deceased,passed and descended under the provisions of the laws of the state of Nebraska
<br />to Henry G. Harris,George T. Harris,Arthur B. Ha.rris,Frank E. Harris,and Anna E. Harris Simpson,
<br />share and share alike,and the same is hereby awarded to them,as by law provided,and said Estate
<br />is hereby closed,said Administrator discharged andhis bond released.

<br />I Maude Bright,of Grand Islan d,Hall County,Nebraska,being of sound mind and memory,and considev-
<br />ing the uncertainty of this frail and transitory life,do therefore make,ordain,publish and de- i
<br />clare this to be my last WILL AND TESTAMENT:
<br />1.I order and direct that my Executor hereinafter named,pay all my just debts and funeral
<br />expenses as soon after my decease as conveniently may be.
<br />2.After the of such funeral
<br />payment expenses and debts,I give,devise and bequeath unto my
<br />beloved husband,Thomas H.Bright,an undivided I interest iA and to all of my real estate and
<br />personal property of which I.may die possessed and whereever situated.
<br />3.After the payment of such funeral expenses and debts,I give,devise and bequeath unto my
<br />son Nicholas Gleim,an undivided j interest in and to all of my real estate and personal property'
<br />of which I may die possessed and wherever situated,subject,however,to the conditions hereinafter
<br />set forth in paragraph numbered five (5) hereof.
