HARRIS,DECEASED. Now on this 2nd. day of August,1924, this cause came on for hear- <br />ing upon the final report of Henry G. Harris, Administrator of said Istate,and his petition for a <br />settlement thereof,and its appearing from the proof on file in this Court and case,that due and " <br />legal notice by publication as by law and the orders of this Court required has been given to all <br />persons interested in said Estate of the filing of said report,and the time and place for hearing <br />thereof,and there being no objections thereto,the Court upon examination thereof finds said re- <br />port in all respects correct and that isshould be and hereby is in all things approved and allowed. <br />The Court further finds from the proof on file herein that due and legal notice by publication <br />as by law and the orders of this Court required has been given to all persons having claims against <br />said Estate of the time allowed and place appointed for the filing of said claims,that said time <br />has long since expired and that all claims filed against said Estate have been paid by Henry G.Harr4s, <br />and that he has filed receipts therefor in this Court and that all other claims or debts of said <br />deceased,not filed herein,if any such there be,should be and are hereby forever barred and pre- <br />cluded. <br />The Court further finds that said Walter H.Aarris died intestate.at his home in Hall County, <br />Nebraska,on the 14th. day of December,A. D. 2192; that at the time of his death he was the owner <br />in fee simple of any undivided one -sixth interest in the East half of the Southwest Quarter (E <br />SW�) of Section Twenty ®(20),Township Eleven (11),Range Ten (10),West of the 6th P.M.Hall County, <br />Nebraska and that at the timeof his death the said Walter H.Harris was an unmarried man and that <br />his father and mother had both preceded him in death,and that he left surviving him as his heirs <br />at law and his only heirs at law,Henry G.Harris,George T.Harris,Arthur B.Harris and Frank E.Harris, <br />his brothers and Anna E.Elarris Simpson his sister and the Estate of said deceased is hereby awarded <br />to them and to the heirs forever,share and share alike. <br />The Court further finds that said Administrator has accounted for all and singular of the pro <br />- <br />ppTly 91 athe Estate of said deceased coming into his hands as such Administrator and 'has paid all <br />I <br />1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />
