<br />FINAL DECREE.
<br />Now,on this 4th day of August,1924,this cause came on for hearing upon the final report and
<br />account of Emma C.Behrens,executrix of the estate of Frederick William Behrens,deceased;the Court
<br />finds from the proofs on file herein that legal notice,as by law and the orders of this Court
<br />required,has been given to all persons interested,of the filing of said report and the time and''
<br />place of hearing thereon and that no objections have been filed thereto.The Court further finds
<br />from the proofs on file herein,that notice,as required by law and in accordance with the order
<br />of the court herein ,was given to all creditors of said deceased of the time allowed and place
<br />appointed for filing claims against his estate;that all claims filed and allowed against said
<br />estate have been fully paid and satisfied and that all claims outstanding against said estate
<br />and not filed as required,if any there be,are forever barred.
<br />The Court further finds that the deceased died seized in fee simple of the following described
<br />real estate:
<br />A five acre tract,part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section Twenty -one
<br />(21) ,Township Eleven (11) ,North of Range Nine (9) "Pest of the 6th P. M. as described in the warranty
<br />deed recorded in Book 66 of Deeds at page 39 on file in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County,Nebraska,the home and homestead of deceased;
<br />Also,seven (7) acres in the Northwest corner of the Northwest Quarter of Section Twenty - seven'
<br />(27),in Township Eleven (11),North of Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M.as described in Book 60''
<br />of Deeds at page 420 on file in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska;

<br />Also Section Nineteen (19),in Township Sixteen (16),North of Range Thirty -three (33),West of the
<br />6th P. M. in Lincoln County, Nebraska;
<br />And Quarter -acre Tracts Nos.272,273,299 and 289,in Block A,in High Island Oil Land Subdivision,
<br />as described in deed filed and recorded February 28,1923 in Vol.12 of the deed records of Chambers
<br />County,in the State of Texas,at page 470 ;and that under the terms of ItelL Second of the last will
<br />of said deceased,said real estate above described passed to and vested in Emma C.Behrens,widow of the
<br />testator,in fee simple,subject only to the lien of the legacy of $3,000.00 payable to Alvina
<br />Behrens Brammer,of. Wildsville,Louisiana,within two years after the death of said testator under '
<br />Item Third of said will.
<br />The court further finds that said deceased died seized and possessed of the following described
<br />personal pro -perty,to -wit:
<br />One promissory note for $1200.00 dated April 3,1923 made by Evangelical Lutheran Maria Congrega-°
<br />tion,a Church corporation of Hershey,Nebraska,due April 321926,secured by real estate mortgage
<br />on two acres of land in Southwest corner of Section 16,Township 14,Range 32 West of the 6th P.M.i '
