<br />That said deceased died seized as the owner of an estate of inheritance in and to the foll-
<br />owing described premises situated in the City of Grand Islan d,Hall County,Nebraska,to -wit:
<br />An undivided one - eighth (1/8) interest in and to Lots One (1) and Two (2) in Block Seven
<br />(7) in Windolph's Addition of the City of Grand Island,Nebraska.
<br />That said real estate*did,on the death of the said Ella M.A.Workman,pass and descend by opera
<br />tion of- law under the law of descent.enforce in the State of Nebraska to the said above men -
<br />tioned heirs at law in the following proportions:
<br />To Edmund Workman,an undivided one - sixteenth (1/16) interest in and to said real estate above
<br />described,to Edwin J. Kleinkauf,Richard A. Kleinkauf,Frieda E. Kleinkauf,Alma H. Kleinkauf,George
<br />F.A. Kleinkauf,Elmer L. Kleinkauf and Florence 0. Kleinkauf, each an undivided one -one hundred
<br />.and twelfth (1.112) interest in and to said above described real estate.
<br />The court further finds that more than two years have elapsed since the death of said de-
<br />ceased,t.hat she died intestate,that her funeral expenses and all other debts have been fully
<br />paid and.that all claims or debts of the said estate and of the said deceased,if any exist,
<br />are forever barred and precluded and the cost of these proceedings have been paid by the Peti-
<br />tioner.
<br />It is,therefore,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the said Ella M.A.Workman died intestate
<br />as above stated more than two years prior to the filing of the petition in this cause,that no
<br />application for the appointment of an Administrator of her estate has ever been made nor has
<br />any administration upon her estate been had in the State of Nebraska,or at any other place,
<br />that she died as the owner of an estate of inheritance in the real estate above described situ-
<br />ated in Hall County,Nebraska,and that upon her death the said above described real estate,to-
<br />wit: The undivided one- eighth (1 /8) interest in and to Lots One (1) and Two (2) in Block Seven
<br />(7) in Windolph's Addition to the City of Grand Island,Nebraska,passed and descended by opera-
<br />tion of law to her husband,E &round Workman,and to the following named brothers and sisters,to_wit
<br />Edwin J. Kleinkauf,Richard A. Kleinkauf,Frieda E. KleinkaufgAlma H. Kleinkauf,George F. A. Kleinkauf,
<br />Elmer L.Kleinkauf and Florence O.Kleinkauf,they being the sole and only heirs at law and each
<br />taking the following proportion of said Lots One (1) and Two (2) in Block Seven (7) in Windol-
<br />ph's Addition to the City of Grand Island,Nebraska:
<br />To Edmund Workman,an undivided one - sixteenth (1116) interest therein,to Edwin J.Kleinkauf,Rich-
<br />ard A. Kleinkauf ,Frieda E. Kleinkauf,Alma H. Kleinkauf ,George F.A. Kleinkauf,Elmer L. Kleinkauf,

<br />and Florence 0. Kleinkauf, each an undivided one-one-hundred and twelfth (1/112) interest in said
<br />above described real estate,all of the above equaling the undivided one - eighth (1 /8) interest
<br />of said deceased and said estate is so awarded to them;that said deceased left surviving her
<br />as her only heirs at law the above mentioned who bore the relationship to her as above set forth
<br />and that the said Edmund Workman is the petitioner in this cause and a proper and qualified
<br />person to file the said petition and prosecute said cause;that all debts of said deceased,
<br />if any there be,are forever barred -sand precluded,that further administration of the estate
<br />of said deceased,is hereby dispensed with and said estate is settled and forever closed.
