A. VGorkman,Deceased. <br />Now on this 2" day of August,1924,this cause came on for <br />hearing upon the Petition of Edmund Workman heretofore filed herein praying for a settlement of <br />the estate of said deceased,a determination of the heirs of said deceased,and degree of kinship <br />and the right of descent of her real estate,said petitioner being represented by Horth,Ryan,Cleary <br />& Suhr,his attorneys,and it appearing From the proof on file that due and legal notice of pub- <br />lication in the Grand Island Independent,a newspaper printed in Hall County,Nebraska,for three <br />consecutive weeks as by law and the order of this Court required,has been given to all creditors, <br />heirs at law and persons interested in said estate,of the jailing -of said petition and the time <br />and place for hearing therea'f,which time was more than 30 days and less than 60 days after the <br />filing of said petition,and there being no objections thereto,said cause was duly submitted to <br />the Court on said petition and the Evidence of the petitioner in support thereof and the Court <br />being duly advised in the premises finds that the allegations in said petition are true,that the <br />said Ella M.A.17orkman died intestate in Hall County,Nebraska,on the 7" day of February,1919, <br />and at the time of her death she was a resident and inhabitant of said Hall County,Nebraska, <br />that more than two years have elapsed since the her death and no application has been filed-in <br />the State of Nebraska or elsewhere for the appointowolvf an Administrator of her estate nor petition <br />filed therefor and that no administration has been had upon her said estate at any place. <br />The Court finds that the said deceased left surviving her as her sole and only heirs at law <br />the following named: <br />Edmund 1,Vorkman,her husband; Edwin J.
