<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTETE )
<br />OF FINAL DECREE.
<br />BARBARA, E. DENIdIS, DECEASED.
<br />Now on this 16th day of September, 1922, this cause came on to be heard upon the final re-
<br />port of Joseph Dennis, Administrator of the estate of Barbara E.Dennis, deceased, after due notice
<br />as required by law and by the order of the Court, and no one having appeared to object to or pro-
<br />test against the allowance of said report.
<br />On consideration whereof and on examination of said report the court finds that said ad
<br />minstrator has received from all sources the sum of $437.40 and has paid out for funeral expenses,
<br />expenses of the last sickness and other claims, the costs of administration, all of the money
<br />coming into his hands, leaving no money or other personal property for distribution and that his
<br />report is courect in every respect and ought to be allowed.
<br />The Court finds that notice was given to all creditors of said deceased as to the time
<br />allowed and place appointed for filing claims against said estate; that the time so allowed for
<br />filing claims has fully expired and that all claims outstanding against said deceased or her estate
<br />if any such there be are therefore forever barred and excluded.
<br />The Court finds that the said Barbara E.Dennis departed this life on the 2nd day of March;
<br />1922 and that she left surviving her as her heirs at laTT and her only heirs at law, John Dennis,'
<br />Flora Dennis Layman, Frank Dennis, Frances Dennis Madison, William Dennis, Minnie-Dennis Roush,'
<br />Jesse Dennis, Joseph Dennis, Cora Dennis Larson and Lillie Dennis De Busk, her children-, and
<br />that she died intestate;
<br />The Court further finds that the said Barbara E.Dennis died seized in fee of Lot Eight (8)
<br />in Block Twenty -two (22) in Russell Wheeler's Addition to Grand Island, in Hall County, Nebra.lika
<br />and that under the law of descent of real estate in the State of Nebraska the said. rrkal estate
<br />did pass and descend at her death to the said John Dennis, Flora Dennis Layman, Frank Dennis, Frances
<br />Dennis Madison, William Dennis, 111innie Dennis Roush, Jesse Dennis, Joseph Dennis, Cora Dennis Larson
<br />and Lillie Dennis DeBusk in equal shares as tenants in common.
<br />It is therefore considered by the court that the report of of the administrator, Joseph
<br />Dennis, be and the same is approved and allowed as and for his final account and his is discharged
<br />of his trust. It is further considered that all persons are forever barred from filing or setting
<br />up any claims or demands against the estate of Barbara E.Dennis, deceased, and that said estate
<br />is closed.
<br />IT IS FURTHER CONSIDERED.;, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED, that all of the right,
<br />title and interest
<br />of Barbara E.Dennis in and to Lot 9, in Block 22 of Russel Wheeler's Addition to the City of
<br />Grand Island, in Hall County, Nebraska, did pass and descend at her death, by operation of law
<br />to John Dennis, Flora Dennis Layman, Frank Dennis, Frances Dennis Madison, William Dennis, Minnie
<br />Dennis Roush, Jesse Dennis, Joseph Dennis, Cora. Dennis Larson and Lillie Dennis DeBusk, in absolute
<br />title and the Court awards it to them. J. H. Mullin
