<br />for filing claims against the estate of said deceased and that the time allowed for filing claims
<br />against said estate has fully expired, that all claims outstanding against said deceased are
<br />therefore forever barred and that all claims filed and allowed against said estate have been
<br />paid and satisfied.
<br />It is therefore ordered that all persons are forever barred from filing or setting up
<br />any claims or demands against the estate of Kate Curry, deceased.
<br />The Court finds that the said Kate Curry departed this life on the 20th day of February
<br />1922, that she was at the time of her death a resident and inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />and that she left a Last Will and Testament, which instrument was duly proved, allowed and ad-
<br />mitted to probate in this court on the 8th day of April, 1922, and entered of record in this
<br />office.
<br />The Court finds that the said Kate Curry died seized in fee of the following described
<br />real estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to -wit: All of Block One (1)
<br />of McColl & Leflang's Addition to the Village of Wood River. The North Half (NI) of the North
<br />west Quarter (NW;I) of Section Twenty -eight (29), Township Ten (10) , Range Twelve (12) and the west
<br />Half (WD of the South -west Quarter (SW +) of Section Twenty -one ( 21) in Township Ten (10) , Range
<br />Twelve (12) ?Test of the 6th P. 1. , and that said. real estate did pass and descend at the death of
<br />the testatrix under the provisions of her last will and testament in the manner following, to -wit:
<br />The North -half of the North -west Quarter of Section Twenty -eight in Township Ten in Range Twelve
<br />in Hall County, Nebraska to John E.Curry, a son of the testatrix.
<br />of Section Twenty -one in Township Ten, in Range Twelve west of the 6th P.M. in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska and all of Block One of McColl & Leflang's Addition to the Village of Wood River in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, 'did pass and descend at the death of Kate Curry under the provisions of her
<br />last will and testament to Nellie Knight.
