Judge of the County Court in and for said County, do hereby <br />certify that on the 11th day of March, 1922, the instrument purporting to be the last will and <br />testament of Kate Curry, deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 8th day of <br />April, 1922 said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and <br />allowed as the last will and testament of the real personal estate of said Kate Curry, deceased,' <br />and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid. <br />IN WITNESS IrHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the County Court this 8th' <br />day of April, 1922. <br />(SEAL) J. Mull in <br />County Judge. <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT 07 HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br />IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE ) <br />OF FINAL DECREE <br />KATE CURRY, DECEASED <br />Now on this 23rd day of December, 1922, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report <br />of John E. Curry and J.O. Knight, Executors of the Last Will and testament of Kate Curry, deceased, <br />it appearing to the satisfaction of the court from the proof now on file that notice was given <br />to all persons interested by publication as to the filing of said report and of the time and place <br />appointed for final settlement of said estate. <br />On examination of said report the court finds that said executors have acoounted� for all og <br />the estate of said deceased coming into their possession, that they have received from all sources <br />the sum of $14,538.63; that they have paid all legacies provided for in the Will of said deceased <br />as well and the funeral expenses, expenses of last sickness, taxes, and costs of administration <br />and that their report is correct in all respects and ought to be allowed. <br />It is therefore considered by the court that the report of said executors be approved and <br />allowed as and for their final account and that they be discharged of their trust upon their fil- <br />ing in this office the receipt of Nellie Knight, residuary legatee, for her bequest under the <br />provisions of the will. <br />The Court finds that notice was given to creditors of the time allowed and place appointed <br />I .
