<br />TIE COURT FURTHER FINDS that under and by virtue of the provisions of the last will and
<br />testament of said deceased all of the right, title and interest of the testator in and to all of
<br />the above mentioned and described real estate did pass and descend at his death to Anna Clausen,
<br />his widow, for and during the period of her natural life, and that at her death said real estate
<br />passes and descends in the manner following,to -wit: To Christ Clausen the North -east Quarter
<br />of the North -west Quarter and Two acres, 18 by 19 rods, in the South -east corner of the North -
<br />west Quart r^ of Section Seventeen in Township Ten in Range Nine; also the Easterly two - thirds
<br />of Lot Four in Roeser's Sub - division of the South -half of the North -west Quarter of Section
<br />Sixteen in Township Ten, range nine; also the East -h,.lf of the South -west Quarter of the North-
<br />west Quarter, and the East -half of the West -half of the South -west Quarter as far south as the
<br />river, also known as Lot four in Section 17 in Township 10 in Range Nine, in Hall County, Nebr-
<br />aska, subject to a charge of $500.00 in favor of Claus Clausen.
<br />To Claus Clausen the North -west Quarter of the North -west Quarter, less 2 acres in the
<br />South -east corner, also the "rest -half of the West -half of the South -west Quarter tothe river,
<br />also known as Lot 4, and the West -half of the South -west Quarter of the North -west Quarter, all
<br />in Section 17, in Township 10, in Range 9 west of the 6th P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska; also
<br />the 'Nest Two - thirds of Lot 5 of Roeser's Subdivision of the South -half of the North -west Quarter
<br />of Section Sixteen (16) in Township 10 in Range 9 'Nest of the 6th P.M.
<br />To Henry Clausen the East one -third of Lot F and the West one -third of Lot 4 of Roeser's
<br />Subdivision of Section 16 in Township 10, in Range 9, also the East -half of the South -west Quar-
<br />ter of Section Eight in.Township 10 in Range 9, and a strip of land on the North -side of the

<br />rods long, being the land deeded to the testator by John ,V.Denman and wife, this bequest being
<br />subject to a charge of $1000.00 in favor of Claus Clausen.
<br />To Christine Clausen, the lest -half of the North -ea,st Quarter of Section 22 and the South
<br />west Quarter of the North -west Quarter (this real estate erroniously described in the will as thO
<br />5outh -west Quarter of the North -east Quarter) of Section 23 in Township 10 in Range 10, in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, subject to a charge of $1500.00 in favor of Claus Clausen.
<br />THE COURT FINDS That all of the above devisees take, subject to the life estate of Anna
<br />Clausen, the widow.
<br />The court finds that the Howard County property descends in equal shares to Henry Clausen.,
<br />Claus Clausen and Christ Clausen subject to life estate of widow.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT That all of the right, title
<br />and interest of the said JUERGEN CLAUSEN, deceased, in and.to all of the above described real
<br />estate did pass and descend at his death by virtue of the provision of his last will and testa-
<br />ment to ANNA CLAUSEN, his widow, for her use and benefit during the term of her natural life,
<br />and that at the death of the said Anna Clausen said real estate passes and descends in the
<br />manner following:
