IN 'FITNESS THEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the County Court this 14th day of September 1923. ( SEAL) J.H. Mullin County Judge. IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF FINAL DECREE. JUERGEN CLAUSEN, DECEASED. Now, on this 24th day of May, 19240 this cause came on for hearing upon the final report of Claus Clausen and Henry Clausen, executors, of the last will and testament of Juergen Clausen, deceased, and it appearing to the satisfaction of the court that notice as by law required, was given to all persons interested by publication and that no one has appeared to object to or protest against the allowance of said report. ON EXAMINATION THEREOF the court finds that said executors have accounted for all property coming into their hands belonging to the estate of said deceased, have paid the funeral expenses, the expenses of the last sickness and the cost of administration, and that there report is correct in,every respect and ought to be allowed. THE COURT FINDS that notice was given to all creditors in ,the manner provided by law as to the time allowed and place appointed for filing claims against the estate of said deceased; that the time so allowed for filing claims has fully expired and that all claims outstanding against said deceased or his estate if any such exist are therefore forever barred and excluded. IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED BY THE COURT that the report of said executors be and the same hereby is approved and allowed as and for their final account. IT IS FURTHER CONSIDERED BY THE COURT that all persons are forever barred from filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of said Juergen Clausen, deceased. THE COURT FURTHER FINDS that said Juergen Clausen departed this life on the 31st day of July, 1923, that he was at the time of his death a resident and inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska, and that he left a last will and testament which instrument was duly proved, admitted to probate, and recorded in this office on the 14th day of September, 1923. THE COURT FURTHER FINDS that said Juergen Clausen died seized in fee of the following de- scribed real estate, to -wit: A one -third interest in Lot Four (4) in the South -west Quarter of Section Fourteen (14) in Township Thirteen (13) in Range Eleven (11), being thatpart of the South -west Quarter, South and East of the Loup River Fifty seven and Ten hundredths (57.10) acrds and a one -third interest in the South - half,::'' the North -east Quarter and Lot one (1) the the North -- west Quarter of Section Twenty -three (23) in Township Thirteen (13) in Range Eleven (11) and a one -third interest in Lots Five (5), Six (6), Seven (7) and Eight (S) and the south -east Quarter of the South -east Quarter of Section Twenty -two (22) in Township Thirteen (13) in Range Eleven (11), all in Howard County, Nebraska. Lots Four (4) and Five (5) in Roeser's Sub- division of the South -half of the North -west Quarter of Section Sixteen (16) in Township Ten (10) Range Nine (9) the North -east Quarter of the North -west Quarter of Section Seventeen (17), Township Ten (10) Range Nine (9) and Two Acres, Eighteen by Eighteen (19xl8) rods in South -east, corner of North -west Quarter of North -west Quarter of Section Seventeen (17) Town Ten (10) Range Nine (9); The south -west Quarter of the North -west Quarter and Lot Four "(4) in Section Seventeen (17) Township Ten (10) Range Nine (9); The North -west Quarter of the North -west Quarter of Section Seventeen (17) in Township Ten (10) Range Nine (9); The East -half of the South -west Quarter and One acre in the 77est half of 1the South -west Quarter in Section Eight, Township Ten �10), Range Nine (9); The Nest -half of the 1 1 . _A&
