<br />THE LAST WILL OF JUERGEN CLAUSEN.
<br />I, Juergen Clausen, of Hall County, Nebraska, make this my last will, revoking all former
<br />wills by me made.
<br />I appoint my sons Henry Clausen and Claus Clausen executors of this will.
<br />Unto my dearly beloved wife Anna Clausen, `I give all my furniture, household effects, wear -
<br />ing apparel and personal ornaments. In addition thereto I give her all my real estate for and
<br />during the period of her natural life time and at her decease said and shall go as I do hereinaftier
<br />direct.
<br />In addition thereto I give my wife all my monies on hand or on deposit, or due m�e from
<br />other, growing crops, hay and cattle, if I should own any at the time of my decease, out of which
<br />she shall pay all my debts, expense of last sickness, funeral charges and expense of probating
<br />this Will. The foregoing provisions are given my wife in lieu of her statutory interest in Ty estate.
<br />To my son Christ Clausen and to his heirs forever, I give and devise, subject to the life
<br />estate granted to my wife, the North east quarter of the Northwest quarter, and two acres, eighteen
<br />(18) by eighteen (1S) rods in the Southeast corner of the Northwest quarter of the Northwest quar-
<br />ter (NW +NrV1) of section seventeen (17) township ten (10) North, Range Nine (9) ;,also the Easterly
<br />two- thirds (E2/3) of Lot Four (4) of Roeserl s Subdivision of the South half of the Northwest quarter
<br />of section sixteen (16) township ten (10) North Range nine (q,); also the East half of the South-
<br />west quarter (E� SW+) of the Northwest quarter, and. the east half of the `hest half of the South -'
<br />west quarter (E1 STV4) as far south as the river, also known as Lot Four (4) in section seventeen
<br />(17) township ten (10) North range Nine (A) West of 6r1 P.M., all in Hall County Nebraska.
<br />To my son Claus Clausen I give and devise the north west quarter of the Northwest quarter
<br />(NW1F41) less two acres in the southeast corner,, given my son Christ, also the west half of the
<br />west half of the Southwest quarter to the river, also known as Lot Four (4), and the Test half of
<br />the Southwest quarter of the Northwest Quarter (WISW +NW +) all in section Seventeen (17) Township
<br />ten (10) North RangeNine (9) West. I further give to my son Claus and his heirs the West two - thirds
