1 <br />1 <br />D <br />2572 -Klopp Printing Co., Omaha <br />FINAL DECREE <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE <br />OF FINAL DECREE <br />AMANDA MOORE, DECEASED, <br />Now on this 17th day of June, 1924, this cause came on for hearing upon the duly verified <br />petition of John D.Moore, praying for a decree of heirship in the matter of the estate of Amanda <br />Moore, deceased. <br />On Consideration of the files and the testimony the Court finds that notice as required by <br />law was given to all persons interested by publication in the Grand Island Herald, for 3 success- <br />ive weeks prior to the day fixed for the hearing on said petition, that more than 30 days and less <br />than 60 days have expired since the filing of said petition and that the Court has jurisdiction ih <br />the premises. <br />The Court finds that the said Amanda Moore departed this life intestate on the 11th day of <br />F <br />July, 1909, while a resident and inhabitant of Helena, Arkansas, that she died intestate seized <br />of an estate of inheritance consisting of the fee simple title td Lot One (1) in Block Three �3) <br />in Woodbine Addition to the city of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; that more than 2 years <br />have elapsed since the death of said Amanda Moore; that no administration has been had or applied° <br />for in the state of Nebraska or any other place on the estate of said deceased; that the said <br />Amanda Moore left surviving her as her heir at law and her only heir at law, John D.Moore, her <br />son; that her husband, Stephen Moore, preceded her in death. <br />The Court finds that under the laws of descent of real estate in the State of Nebraska as in <br />force and effect at the time of her death all of the right, title and interest of the said Amanda <br />Moore did pass and descend at her death to John D.Moore, her son, and only heir at law. <br />The Court further finds that the deceased left no known debts and that if there are any debts <br />outstanding against her or her estate the same are barred and excluded by the statute of limitations <br />ioner is entitled to a decree determining the date of the death of the said Amanda Moore, determi-d - <br />ing the heir of said deceased, his degree of kinship and the right of descent of the real estate _ <br />belonging to said deceased, as prayed for herein. <br />It is therefore considered, adjudged and decreed by the Court that more than two years have <br />f <br />elapsed since the date of the death of the said Amanda Moore, that she died intestate, that she <br />died seized in fee of the following described real estate situate in the County of Hall in the <br />State of Nebraska, to -wit: Lot One (1) Block Three (3) in 'Woodbine Addition to the City of <br />Grand Island., the same being an estate of inheritance; that no application has been made in the <br />state of Nebraska or any other place for the appointment of an administrator of the estate of sai� <br />i <br />deceased; that the sF.id Amanda Moore left surviving her as her heir at law and her only heir at <br />law, John D,Moore, her son. <br />It is further considered by the Court that all of the right, title and interest of the said <br />deceased in and to the above mentioned and described real estate did pass and descend at her death, <br />under the law of descent of the State of Nebraska as in force and effect at the time of her death 'r <br />to John D.Moore, her son and only heir. <br />IT IS FURTHER CONSIDERED AND ADJUDGED that the said Amanda Moore departed this life on the <br />11th day of July, 1909, that she left no known debts, that if any debts exist against her or her <br />k <br />estate the same are barred by the statute of limitations, that further administration of the estaO <br />of said deceased may be dispensed with,and that said estate is forever settled and closed. <br />J.
