NO77,on this 14th day of January,1924,this cause came on for hearing upon the final report of THE GRAIND ISLAND LOAN .AND TRUST COIIPANY,Executor of the last Trill and testament of Georg Valerius,deceased,it appearing to the satisfaction of the court from the proof now on file that notice was given as by law required,to all persons interested in the estate of said deceased,cs to the filing of said report and. of the time appointed for the hearing thereon,and that no one has appeared to object to or protest aga...inst the allowance of said report. After a full examination thereof the Court finds that said report is in all respects correct and ou ht to be allo;,;ed and that said executor has accounted for all the property corning into its possession or under its control. THE COURT FINDS that notice was given to all creditors as to the ti :e allowed and place appointed for filing claims against the estate of said deceased; that the time so allowed for filing claims against said estate has fully expired; and that all clai_r.s outstanding against said_ deceased, if any such exist,are therefore forever barred and excluded; that all claims filed and alloyed against the estate of said deceased have been paid and satisfied.
