<br />I give,devise and bequeath unto my daughter,Anna Valerius,as more ;particularly set out in
<br />paragraph numbered five (5).
<br />4.I give,devise and bequeath unto my daughter,Katie Valerius Ryan,of Grand Island,Nebraska,
<br />an undivided one fourth (w) interest,less the sun of Four Hundred Dollars ($400.00),in and to
<br />all of the real estate and personal property of tnrhich I may die possessed,and wherever situated
<br />to have the same absolutely.The Four Hundred Dollars ($400.00) so deducted,I give,devise and
<br />bequeath unto my daughter,Anna Valerius,as more particularly set out in paragraph numbered
<br />five (5).
<br />(5),I give,devise and bequeath unto my daughter,Anna Valerius,of Grand Island ,,an undivided
<br />one fourth (4) interest, in and to all of the real estate and personal property of which I may
<br />die possessed,and wherever situated,to have the same absolutely,and in addition to this I
<br />give,devise and bequeath unto my daughter Anna Valerius,the sum of Twelve Hundred Dollars
<br />($1200.00),constituting the total of the deductions of $400.00 each made in paragraphs two (2)
<br />three (3) and Four (4),and the same shall be and become the property of Anna Valerius absolute -
<br />ly.The reason for the additional bequest is that I desire my daughter Anna Valerius to share
<br />equally with my three other children,who have previously received advancements of about $1200.00
<br />each.
<br />6.I further direct and order,that in the event of the death of my son,George P;Valerius,priox
<br />to the time when he would attain the age of sixty (60) years,then the said one fourth (w) part
<br />less the sum of $400.00 which I have ;liven him,as set forth in paragraph numbered three (3)
<br />I give,devise and bequeath unto my three daughters,to be divided equally,share and share alike.

<br />I further direct and order that in the event one or more of my said children herein named,
<br />contest said Will and Testament,then and in that event he or she or they,who contest,shall re-
<br />ceive nothing,and their share shall be divided equally among those of my children who do not
<br />contest said Till and Testa ent.
<br />LASTLY,I make,constitute and appoint,THE GRANT ISLAND LOAN & TRUST COMPANY,of Grand Island,
<br />?ebraska,as EXECUTOR,of this my last "SILL AND TESTAMENT,hereby revo'rling all former willsmade
<br />by me.
<br />This 71ill consists of two (2) pages both of which bear my signature.
