<br />I,Georg Valerius,of Grand Island,in the County of Hall,State of Nebraska,being of sound
<br />mind and memory,a.nd considering the uncertainty of this frail and transitory life,do therefore
<br />make,ordain,publish,and declare this to be my last ';BILL AND TESTA1ENT.
<br />1.I order and direct that my Executor hereinafter named,pay all my just debts and funeral
<br />expenses as soon after my decease as conveniently may be.
<br />2. After the payment of such funeral expenses and debts,I givem devise and bequeath unto my

<br />daughter,BARBARA BIGLEY,of Grand Island,Nebraska,and undivided one fourth (4) interest,less the
<br />sure of Four Hundred Dollars ( $x+00.00) , in and to all o-f the real estate and personal property of'.
<br />wwhich I may die possessed,and whereever situated,to have the same absolutely.The Four Hundred
<br />Dollars (.6,400.00) so deducted,I give- devise and bequeath unto my daughter Anna Valerius,of
<br />Grand Island,Nebraska,as more particularly set out hereinafter in paragraph numbered five (5).
<br />3.1 give,devise and bequeath unto my son,George P.Valerius,of Grand Island,Nebraska,an un-
<br />divided one fourth (4) interest,less the sum of Four Hundred Dollars ($400.00),in and to all of
<br />the real estate and personal property of which I may die possessed,and wherever situated,to have
<br />the same absolutely,siubject to the following conditions I direct that the undivided once fourth
<br />interest,less the su::ri of Four Hundred Dollars ($400.00) which I have given to my son,George
<br />P.Valerius,shall be held in Trust by The Grand Island Loan & Trust Company,of Grand Island,Nebraska,
<br />and to be invested by said Trust Company in first class loans or securities,and theincome, interest
<br />or returns,shall be paid to the said George P.Valerius,until such time as the said George P.Valerius,
<br />a.tt -.ins the age of sixty (60) years,and then the principal sum shall be paid to the said George
<br />P. Valerius,George P. Valerius was born ,,lay 17,1584. The Four Hundred Dollars ($400.00) so deducted,
