<br />WILL & CERTIFICATE & FINALfECREE
<br />IN THE NAME OF GOD,AMEN.
<br />I,John C.Fezell,of Grand Island,in the County of Hall,State of Nebraska,being of sound mind
<br />and memory,and considering the uncertainty of this frail and transitory life,do therefore make,
<br />ordain,publish and declare this to be my last "JILL AND TESTATMENT:
<br />FIRST,I order and direct that niy Executor hereinafter na.med,pay all my just debts and funeral
<br />expenses as soon after my decease as conveniently may: be.
<br />SECOND,After the payment of such funeral expenses and debts,I give,devise and bequeath
<br />All my property,of whatever kind or nature,both real and personal,unto my beloved daughter,
<br />Mary Fezell,for and during; the term of her natural life,the income from which to be used for
<br />her maintenance.It is my desire that the principal should remain intact if possible,but should
<br />it be found necessary for hex comfort and well being to use any part of the principal,then there
<br />may be used for her so much of the principal as is necessary.
<br />THIRD,Should there be any property left at the time of death of my beloved daughter,Mary Fezell,
<br />I hereby give and bequeath all such property as follows: Fifty per cent (50 %) to the Grand Island'
<br />College,an educational institution located at Grand Island,Nebraska,and Fifty per cent (50%) to
<br />the local Baptist Church at Grand Island,Nebraska.
<br />FOURTH,I hereby request that A.B.Newell be appointed Guardi &n of the estate of my daughter,
<br />Mary Fezell,during her life time.
<br />LASTLY, I make, c onsti tute and appomnt The Grand Island Loan & Trust Co. of Grand Island, Nebraska,
<br />to be Executor of this my last 'gill and Testament,hereby revoking all former Wills by me made.

<br />July in the year of our Lord,one thousand nine hundred twenty —two.

<br />certify that on the 19th day of July 1922,the instrument purporting to be the last will and
<br />testament of John C.Fezell,deceased,was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 10th day
<br />of August 1922 said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved,probated and
<br />allowed ,as the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said John C. Fezell
<br />decea.sed,and the same -as ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.
