<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY,NEBRASKA.
<br />IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE
<br />OF FINAL DECREE.
<br />1XILHELA1 GUTSCHOW DECEASED. Now on this 26th da.y of Apri1,1924, this cause came on to be
<br />heard upon the duly verified final report of Lizzie Gutschow,Administratrix of the estate of
<br />"Pilhelm Gustchow,deceased,and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court from the proof now
<br />on file that notice was given as by law required,to all persons interested in the estate of said
<br />deceased of the filing of said report and of the time appointed for final settlement of said es-
<br />tate and that no one p earl d to protest against the allowance of said report.
<br />ON CONSIDERATION 77HEREOF the Court finds that said Administratrix has fully accounted for all
<br />property coming into her hands belonging to said estate has paid the funeral expenses and the ex-
<br />pense of administering said estate and that there remains in her hands no money or other personal
<br />property belonging to the estate of said deceased,and that her report is correct in all respects
<br />and ought to be allowed.
<br />THE COURT FINDS that notice was given by publication as by law and by order of court required,
<br />to all creditors of said deceased as to the time allowed and place appointed for filing claims
<br />against said estate;that yhe time allowed for filing claims has fully expired and that all claims
<br />outstanding against said estate,if any such exist,are therefore forever barred and excluded and
<br />that no claims of any nature were filed or allowed against the estate of said deceased.
<br />THE COURT FURTiER FINDS that said Wilhelm Gutschow departed this life on the 29th day of Sep -
<br />tember,1923,that he was at the time of his death a resi:`ent and inhabitant of Hall County,Nebrask4,
<br />and that he died intestate,leaving surviving him as his heirs at law,and his only heirs at law,
<br />the following named persons :Lizzie Gutschow,his widow,Julius Gutschow,and Criss Gutschow,his sons,
<br />and Dora Beck,his daughter.
<br />THE COURT FINDS that said Wilhelm Gutschow died seized in fee of Lot One (1) in the North East`
<br />Quarter of Section Twenty -four (24),in Township Ten (10) in Range Ten (10);the South -west Quarter
<br />of the North -west Quarter and the North -west Quarter of the South -west Quarter,and the West- -Half
<br />of the "hest -half
<br />I.
<br />A of the South -east Quarter of the North -west Quarter,and the 'Nest -half of the North -east Quarter
