<br />The Court further finds that said Frank Crocker died seized as the owner,by fee simple
<br />title,of the westerly two - thirds of Lot Two (2),in Block Eighteen,of Kernohan & Decker's
<br />Addition to the city of Grand Island,in Hall County,Nebraska,and that under the terms and
<br />provisions of the last will and testament of the said Frank Crocker,deceased,said real estate
<br />passes,by absolute title,to his surviving widow,Helen Grahame Crocker.
<br />IT IS,T HEREFORE,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of the said
<br />Helen Grahame Crocker as executrix of the last will and testament of the said Frank Crocker,
<br />deceased,be,and the same hereby is,approved and allowed as and for the final report of said
<br />executrix,said estate is hereby settled and closed and said executrix is discharged.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT THAT all persons having claims
<br />against the estate of the said Frank Crocker,deceased,_if any such there how be,are forever
<br />barred and excluded from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,AD JUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that under the._ terms and provisions
<br />of the last will and testament of the said Frank C rocker,deceased,the real estate hereinbefore
<br />described, passes,by absolute title,to Helen Grahame Crocker,surviving widow of said deceased,
<br />and distribution thereof is hereby accordingly made.

<br />John R. Hilsabeck, DECREE.
<br />Deceased.
<br />On this 29th day of April 1924,this cause came on for
<br />hearing to the Court at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M.,on the Petition of Martha J.Hilsabeck and
<br />the evidence.
<br />The Court finds that John R. Hilsabeck departed this life intestate in Hastings,Adams County,
<br />Nebraska on May 29th,1919.
<br />The Court further finds that at the time of the death of said John R.Hilsabeck he was the
<br />owner in fee of the following described real estate,situated in the State of Nebraska,to -wit:
