<br />I,J.H.Mullin,Judge of the County Court in and for said County,do hereby'
<br />certify that on the 31" day of October 1923,the instrument purporting to be the last will and
<br />testament of Frank Crocker,4eceased,was filed for probate in this Court.That on the 24" day of
<br />November 1923 ;said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved,probatedand
<br />allowed as the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Frank Crocker
<br />'deceased,and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.

<br />FINAL DECREE.
<br />of Frank Crocker,
<br />Deceased. Now,on this 26th day of Apri1,1924,this cause came on for

<br />hearing upon the final report of Helen Grahame Crocker,executrix of the last will andtestament
<br />of Frank Crocker,deceased,and upon her petition for the settlement of said estate and her dis-
<br />charge herein,a.nd. the Court,having examined the records and files and being fully advised in
<br />the premises,fin ds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons interested in said
<br />estate of the time and place fixed for a hearing upon said report and petition,as heretofore
<br />ordered by the Court,a4d the Court,having examined said report and no one appearing to object
<br />to the same,finds that said report is true and correct in all things,that said executrix has
<br />paid the funeral expenses of said deceased,the bill of Dr.Phelan filed herein,a.nd the costs
<br />of this proceeding,and that said estate ought to be settled and closed and said Executrix dis-
<br />charged.
<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time
<br />and place fixed for filing claims against said estate,and that the time so fixed has fully ex-
<br />pired,and that all persons having claims against said estate,if any such there be,are forever
<br />barred and excluded from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Frank Crocker died testate,on the 2nd day of October,'
<br />1923,and that at the time ofhis death he` °was a resident and inhabitant of Hall County,Nebraska,
<br />and that the last will and testament of said deceased was duly prove► allowed and admitted to
<br />probate in this Court on the 24th day of November,1923.
<br />The Court further finds that the.said Frank Crocker left surviving him,as his heirs at
<br />law,legatees and devisees,and his only heirs at law,legatees and devisees,Helen Grahame Crocker,
<br />his surviving widow,Harold Rigden,a neph6w,and Clifford Cloutte,a nephew.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Frank Crocker died seized as owner of a silver Candela-
<br />bra and two oil paintings of the deceased grandfather,and by the terms of the last will and
<br />testament of the said Frank Crocker,deceased,said silver candelabra passes to Helen Grahame
<br />Crocker during her lifetime and after her death to Harold Rigden,and that said two oil paintings
<br />pass to the said Helen Grahame Crocker during her lifetime and after her death to the said
<br />Clifford Cloutte.
