<br />Executor belonging tro said estate.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Thomas VanBuskirk left surviving him,as his heirs at
<br />law,legatees,and devisees,and his only heirs at law,legatees and devisees,Florence I.Vanbuskirk
<br />his surviving widow,and Edgar VanBuskirk and Lee Ernest VanBuskirk,sons of said deceased.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Thomas VanBuskirk died seized as the owner,by fee
<br />simple title,of the west half of the southeast quarter of Section Twenty (20),and the Southwest
<br />quarter of Section Twenty -one (21),all in Township Nine (9) North of Range Nine (9),West of the
<br />6th P.M.,in Hall County,Nebraska,and that under the terms and provisions of the last will and
<br />testament of the said Thomas VanBuskirk,deceased,Florence I.VanBuskirk,surviving widow of said
<br />deceased,takes a life estate in all of the above described real estate,provided she does not re.
<br />marry after the death of the said Thomas VanBuskirk,and to terminate in the event of her re- marriage
<br />after fhe death of the said Thomas VanBuskirk,deceased,and,subject to said estate devised to the said
<br />Florence I.VanBuskirk,said real estate passes,by absolute #ritle,to Edgar VanBurkirk and Lee
<br />Ernest VanBuskirk,sons of said deceased,share and share alike._
<br />IT IS,THERE FOM ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of the said
<br />Edgar VanBuskirk as Executor of the last will and testament of the said Thomas VanBuskirk,de-
<br />ceased,be,and the same hereby is,allowed and approved as and for his final report,said estate
<br />is hereby settled and closed and said Executor discharged.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all persons having claims against
<br />the estateof the said Thomas VanBuskirk,deceased,if any sWjZ there be,are forever barred,en-
<br />joined,and excluded from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that under the terms and provisions
<br />of the last will and testament of the said Thomas VanBuskirk,deceased,Florence I.VanBuskirk takes
<br />a life estate in all of the real estate hereinbefore described,provided she does not re -marry after
<br />the death of the said Thomas VanBuskirk,deceased,and upon her re- marriage after the death of the
<br />said Thomas VanBuskirk,deceased,said life estate to cease and terminate,and that,subject to the
<br />estate so devised to the said Florence I.VanBuskirk,said real estate passes,by absolute title,to
<br />Edgar VanBuskitk and Lee Ernest VanBurkirk,sons of said deceased,share and share alike,and dis-
<br />tribution thereof is hereby accordingly made.

<br />is a Court of Record having a seal,which seal is hereto attached;that said Court has no Clerk
<br />authorizers to sign certificates in his own name,and that I am the legal custodian of said Seal
<br />and of the Records of said Court,and that the foregoing attestation is in due form of law.
