<br />Grand Island,in said County,on the 19th day of August A.D.,1923.

<br />Thomas Van Buskirk,deceased.
<br />I,J.H.Mullin,Judge of the County Court in and for said County,
<br />do hereby certify that on the 24th day of July 1923,the instrument purporting to be the last
<br />will and testament of Thomas Van Buskirk,deceased,was filed for probate in this Court.That
<br />on the 19th day of August 1923,said instrument to whkeh this certificate is attached was duly
<br />proved,probated and allowed as the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of
<br />said Thomas Van Buskirk,deceased,and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the
<br />Court aforesaid.

<br />In the matter of the estate of
<br />Thomas Van Buskirk, FINAL DECREE.
<br />Deceased.
<br />Now,on this 19th day of April,1924,this cause came on for
<br />hearing upon the final report of Edgar Van Buskirk,Executor of the last will and testament of
<br />Thomas Van Buskirk,deceased,a.nd upon his petition for the settlement of said estate and his
<br />discharge herein,and the Court,having examained the records and files and being fully advised
<br />in the premises,finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons interested in said
<br />estate of the time and place fixed for hearing upon said final report and petition,as heretofore;
<br />expenses of said deceased,the costs of this proceeding,and has paid over to Florence VanBuskirk,!,
<br />the surviving widow of said deceased,the sum of $179.73,the balance of the personal estate re-
<br />t
<br />maining in his hands,that said estate is not subject to a Federal estate tax or to an inheritance
<br />tax under the laws of the state of Nebraska,and nothing further remains in the hands of said
<br />ordered by the Court,and the Court,having examined said report,together with the vou.,chers on
<br />file,and no one appearing to object to the same,finds that said report is true and correct in
<br />all things and that the same ought to be approved and allowed as,and for the final report of
<br />said Executor,said estate settled and closed and said Executor discharged.
<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons interested
<br />in said estate of the time and place fixed for filing claims against said estate and that the
<br />time so fixed has fully expited and no claims have been filed against said estate,and all per -
<br />sons having claims against said estate,if any such there be,are forever barred and excluded
<br />from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Thomas VanBuskirk departed this life on the first day
<br />of June,1923,while temporarily sojourning at Long Beach,in the state of California,but at the
<br />time of his death the said Thomas VanBuskirk was a resident and inhabitant of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska,and left an estate therein consisting of both real and personal property,to be admin-
<br />istered upon and upon which said will operated,which said will was,on the 19th day of August,
<br />1923,duly proved,allowed and admitted to probate in this Court and letters testamentary issued
<br />thereon to the said Edgar VanBuskirk.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Edgar Van Buskirk,as such Executor,has paid the funeral
<br />expenses of said deceased,the costs of this proceeding,and has paid over to Florence VanBuskirk,!,
<br />the surviving widow of said deceased,the sum of $179.73,the balance of the personal estate re-

<br />maining in his hands,that said estate is not subject to a Federal estate tax or to an inheritance
<br />tax under the laws of the state of Nebraska,and nothing further remains in the hands of said
