<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that under the terms and provisions
<br />of the last will and testament of said Carrie C.Woods,deceased,Joseph R.Kingman,the executor there-
<br />of,was given full power and authority to sell and convey all the real estate of which the said
<br />Carrie C. Woods died the owner.

<br />WILL AND CERTIFICATE AND FINAL DECREE
<br />IN THE NAME OF GOD , AMEN
<br />I,Thomas Van Buskirk of Doniphan in the County of Hall,State of Nebraska,being of sound mind
<br />and memory and considering the uncertainty of this frail and transitory life,do therefore,make,
<br />ordain,publish and declare this to be my last WILL AND TESTAMENT:
<br />FIRST,I order and direct that my Executor hereinafter named,pay all my just debts and funeral
<br />expenses as soon after my decease conveniently may be.
<br />SECOND.After the payment of such funeral expenses and debts,I give,devise and bequeath unto my
<br />wife,Florence I.Van Buskirk,all my property both Real and Personal to have and to hold the same
<br />for the period of her natural life or so long as she remain unmarried after my death.
<br />In the event of the remarriage of my said wife after my death then I give and bequeath to my saic
<br />wife and to my two sons,Edgar Van Buskirk and Lee Ernest Van Buskirk all of my property both
<br />Real and Personal,share and share alike to have and to hold the same forever.
<br />I give,devise and bequeath to my sons Edgar Van Buskirk and Lee Ernest Van Buskirk sh -hre and
<br />share alike all the rest,residue and remainder of my estate of whatsoever nature.
<br />LASTLY,I make,constitute and appoint Edgar Van Buskirk to be Executor of this my last Will
<br />and Testament,hereby revoking all former wills by me made.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal,the 12th day of
<br />August in the year of our Lord,one thousand nine hundred and nineteen.
