Now,on this 12th day of April,1924,this cause came on for <br />hearing upon the final report of Joseph R. Kingman,executor of the last will and testament of <br />Carrie C.Woods,deceased,and the Court,having examined the records and files and being fully adr <br />wised in the premises,finds that due and legal notices halre been given to all persons of the <br />time and place fixed for a hearing uponsaid report. <br />And the Court,having examined said report,finds that no money or other personal property be- <br />longing to said estate has come into the possession or control of said executor under his appoint{. <br />ment in this Court,and that said report ought to be allowed and approved as and for the final <br />report of said executor. <br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time <br />and place fixed for filing claims against said estate,and that the time so fixed has fully ex- <br />pired,and that all persons having claims against said estate,if any such therebe,are forever <br />k <br />barred and excluded from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate. <br />The Court further finds that on the 22nd day of December,1909,the last will and testament <br />of the said Carrie C.Woods was duly allowed and admitted to probate in this court as a foreign <br />will and letters testamentary thereon issued to the said Joseph R.Kingman. <br />The Court further finds that the said Carrie C.Woods died the owner,by fee simple title,of the` <br />following described real estate situated in the county of Hall and state of Nebraska,to -wit: <br />'Lots One (1),Two (2),Four (4),and Five (5),in Block Fourteen (14),in Charles Wasmer's Addition <br />E <br />to the City of Grand Island. <br />IT IS,THERE'FORE,ORDERED,ADJWDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the report of the said Joseph <br />i <br />R.Kingman as such executor be approved and allowed as and for his final report,said executor is <br />hereby discharged and said estate is hereby settled and closed. <br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all persons having claims against <br />the estate of the said Carrie C.Woods,deceased,.if any such there be,are forever barred and excluded <br />from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate. <br />
