it was the intention of the testator to devise to Julia Nolan the Southwest Quarter of the
<br />Southwest Quarter of said Section Fourteen (14) Township Ten (10)3,North Flange Twelve (12) West
<br />of the 6th P.M.,the same being that part of the premises owned by the deceased where the build-
<br />ings are loaated,and that it was the intention of the testator to devise to May Bolanand Reginia
<br />Nolan the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Section Fourteen (14) Township Ten'
<br />(10) North,Range Twelve (12) West of the 6th P.M.,the same being the only remaining property
<br />of the testator not already disposed of by the terms of said Will.
<br />IT IS,THEREFORE,BY THE COURT ORDERED,ADJUDGED,AND DECREED that the final report of said E�x-
<br />cutor be,and the same is hereby allowed and approved;that all debts and claims not filed against
<br />said estate;if any exist,are forever barred and precluded ;that the above described real estate
<br />of which said dedeased died seized,passed and descended under the provisions of the -will of
<br />said deceased as follows:

<br />Nolan,May Nolan,Reginia Nolan,Leo Nolan and Benjamin Nolan,.That the South best quarter of the'
<br />South West Quarter (SW+ SW +) of Section Fourteen (14) Township Ten (10) North, -Range Twelve
<br />(12) West of the 6th.�.M.passed and descended under the provisions of the will d!fssaid deceased`
<br />to Julia Nolan,in fee simple,subjeot to the payment of the One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) to be
<br />made by John Nolan and Julia Nolan to Charles Nolan,Frank Nolan,James Nolan,Joseph Nolan,Arthur
<br />Nolan,May Nolan,Reginia Nolan,Leo Nolan and Benjamin Nolan,That the North West Quarter of the
<br />South West Quarter (NW+ SW +)` of Section Fourteen (14),Township Ten (10),North,Range Twelve (12)
<br />West of the 6th. P. M. ,under the provisions of the will of said deceased,passed and descended to
<br />May Nolan and Reginia Nolan in equal shares,in fee simple,and the same is hereby awarded to them
<br />abd each of them,as by said will provided,and said estate is hereby closed,said Executors dis-
