<br />to the said Bertha Schwieger; trrat Alvine Lindall, one of the legatees and devisees under the last
<br />will and testament of the said Ludwig Schultz, deceased, is indebted to said estate upon promissory
<br />notes in the sum of 1815,which sum should be deducted from the distributive share of said estatd
<br />going to the said Alvine Lindall;that Ileta Boettrich,one of the legatees and devisees under the
<br />z,rill of the said Ludwig Schultz,deceased,is indebted to said estate upon her promissory notes in,
<br />the sum of $2091.65,T;ythich sum should be deducted from her distributive share of said estate;and
<br />that Alfred Schultz,deceased,was justly indebted to said estate upon his ;promissory notes in the
<br />sure of $2131.50,7rhich sum should be deducted,prorata,from the distributive share of said estate
<br />going to Alfred Schultz,Alpha Schultz, Thelma Schultz,and Donald Schultz,minors,who take by right
<br />of representation through said Alfred Schultz,deceased,and that as shown by the report of said
<br />executors,said deductions have been properly made and distribution of the personal estate of
<br />said deceased has been duly ,made in accordance with the terms and provisions of the last will and
<br />testa mitt of the said Ludwig Schultz, deceased.
<br />The Court further finds that said Ludwig Schultz died seized as the o-rner,by fee simple title,
<br />of the follo�:�,ing described real estate situated in the county of Hall and state of Nebraska,to -wit:
<br />Lots Three (3) and Four (4) in Block Five (5),and Lots Seven (7) and Eight (9) in Block Seven
<br />(7),all in South Grand Isla.nd,as :shown by the recorded plat thereof,the same being an addition
<br />to the city of Grand Island.

<br />Schultz and Louis Schultz,as executors of the last rill and testament of the said Ludwig Schultz,

<br />takes the share of the estate of the said Ludwig Schultz,deceased,devised and bequeathed to her
<br />father,the said Ajax Schultz,deceased,by right of representation;that Alfred Schultz, another son
