<br />Ludwig Schultz, FINAL DECREE.
<br />Deceased.
<br />NoTlv,on this 22nd day of 1arch,1924,this cause came on for
<br />hearing upon the final report of Otto Schultz,and Louis Schultz,executors of the last will and
<br />testament of Ludwig Schultz,decee.sed,and upon their petition for the settlement of said estate
<br />and their discharge herein,and the Court,having examined the records and files and being fully
<br />advised in the _ore:lises, finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons interested,
<br />in said estate of t he time and place fixed for a hearing upon said report,as heretofore ordered
<br />by the Court.
<br />And the Court,having examined the report of said executors, together with the vouchers on file,
<br />and to one appearing to object thereto, finds that said report is true and correct in all things
<br />and that the same ouglat to be all inred and approved as and for the final report of said executors,
<br />said estate settled and closed and. said executors discharged.
<br />The Court further finds thpt the said Ludwig Schultz departed this life,testa.te,at his home
<br />in Hall County,Nebraska,on the 25th day of May,1923,and that at the ti -me of his death the said Lud-
<br />wig Schultz was a. resident and inhabitant of Hall County,Nebraska;that the last will and testament
<br />of the said Lud,R rig Schultz,deceased ,was duly prover_,a.11owed,and admitted to probate in this court
<br />on the 27th day of June,la23,and that letters testamentary were duly issued thereon to the said
<br />Otto Schultz and Louis Schultz.
<br />The Court further findo that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time
<br />a.n,. place fixed for filing claims against the estate of Ludwig Schultz, deceased, that the time no
<br />fixed has fully expired.,and that all persons having claims against said estate,if any such there
<br />be,are forever barred and excluded from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate.
<br />The Court further fines that said executors have paid the funeral expenses of said deceased,all
<br />debts against said estate,an:l, the costs of this proceeding,and that there remained for distribution
<br />among the legatees under the will of said deceased the sum of $32,044.17; that the estate of the
<br />said Ludwig Schultz; decea.sed,is not liable for an inheritance tax under the lairs of the state
<br />of Nebraska nor a Federal estate tax under the laws of the United States.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Ludwig Schultz was a widower at the time of his death,
<br />his Fife,ljorothea Schultz,
