<br />FILL; A ?D CERTIFICATE AND FINAL DECREE
<br />In the name of God Amen.I,Ludwig Schultz, of the city of Grand Island,Hall County,Nebraska,
<br />considering the uncertainty of this mortal life and being of sound mind memory and judgment,
<br />do make,declare and publish this as and for my last 'gill and testament in manner and form
<br />following, that is to say;
<br />FIRST.
<br />I order and. direct that a.11 my just debts shall be paid out of my personal property with
<br />convenient speed.
<br />SECOND
<br />I give,becueath and. devise unto my beloved --rife Dorothea Schultz the use,improvement and in-
<br />come of all my Real Estate of which I shall die possessed;said Real Estate being at present my
<br />lands with dwelling house and, with their appurtenances situate in Grand Island,Hall County,
<br />Nebrasita,and my 2P,0 acres farm tlrith all appurtenances thereto belonging situate in Vieregg Pre -
<br />cinct,'. errick County,Nebraska,to have and to hold the some to my said wife for and during her
<br />natural life.
<br />Third.
<br />I gi;re,bequ.eath and devise to my nine (9) children,namely: Otto Schultz,Louis Schultz,
<br />ltax Schultz,Alfred Schultz,Em -aa Schacht, Ida. Schvrieger,Bertha. Schwieger, Meta Schultz and Alvine
<br />Schultz,the re11ain _er of all my Real Estate mentioned in the foregoing item and of V.hich I
<br />shall die possessed,in fee simple in equal shares from and after the death of my beloved wife
<br />Dorothea,to have and to hold to them and to their respective heirs forever.
<br />Fourth.
<br />I ive and bequeath to my beloved wife Dorothea Schultz all the use and income of my cash
<br />money,invested in various manners and in banks,to have and to hold to her for and during her
<br />natural life.
<br />Fifth.
<br />I give and bequeath to my nine (9) children, mforen. -ned in "item third" of this ray last will
<br />and testa:le_^t the cash -money in banks and other.rrise invested of --7hich I shell die possessed,and
<br />of erhich my ! =,rife has theuse and income during her natural life as bequeathed to her in "item
<br />fourth" of this last will and testamer.t,to be -listribu+ed to my said children in equal shares
<br />from and. after the decease of my ?,rife Dorothea.,to have and to hold to them and to their respect -
<br />ive heirs forever. Sixth.
