<br />law, her husband,John Herman,and her daughters,Clara A.Herman and Tena M.'Nalker (formerly Her-
<br />man),and that all of said heirs at law are over 21 years of age,and that the said John Herman
<br />is the father of both of said children.
<br />The Court further finds that said deceased died seized in fee of Lot Three (3),in Block One
<br />(1),Lakeview,in the City of Grand Island,Nebraska,according to the recorded plat thereof;also,
<br />of Lot Six (6),in County Subdivision of the South half of the Southeast quarter of Section
<br />Sixteen (16),in Township Eleven (11) North,Range Nine (9),^lest,iri Hall County,Nebraska,consist_
<br />ing of one tovin lot in the city of Grand Island,Nebraska;that said last described property was
<br />at the time of the death of said Bertha A.Herman,her homestead and the homestead of her said
<br />husband,John Herman ,and that it is still occupied by him as a homestead.
<br />The Court further finds that,upon the death of the said Bertha A.Herman,the said above des-
<br />cribed real estate descended and passed by operation of law,in equal shares,to the said John
<br />Herman,Clara A.Herman and Tena M.1,Talker,as tenants in common,subject to the life estate of the
<br />s f idj,John Herman in said above described homestead.
<br />It is,therefore,by the court,adjudged,decreed and considered that all claims and debts not
<br />filed against said estate be and hereby are forever barred;that said final report of said ad-
<br />ministrator be and hereby is approved;that,upon the death of the said Bertha A.Herman,the above //
<br />described req,l estate owned by her did pass and descend,in equal shares,to her above named he k' s'
<br />at law,as tenants in common,subject to the life estate and homestead rights of the said John
<br />Herman in said Lot Six (6),County Subdivision of the South half of the Southeast quarter of
<br />Section 16,in Township 11 North,Range 9 'lest,in Hall County,Nebraska,as by law provided;that
<br />said administrator is'.hereby discharged,his bond teleased and said estate fully closed.
