<br />HONOR M.MILLER DECEASED. Now on this 9th day of February,1924,this cause came on for
<br />hearing upon the final report of Joseph F. Riesland Executor of the last will and testament of
<br />Honor M.Miller,deceased,following due notice by ptblication,to all persons interested in the
<br />estate of said deceased as to the filing of said report and of the time fixed for final settle-
<br />ment of said estate.
<br />ON EXAMINATION THEREOF the court finds that said report is correct in all respects and ought
<br />to be allowed;that the executor has received from all sources the sum of $3,659.93,and has
<br />paid out for debts funeral expenses,taxes,costs of administration and in distribution among
<br />the legatees the sum of $3,699.93,and that there remains no money or other property in his
<br />hands for distribution;that he haspaid to each of the legatees,Lavinia C.C1ark,Leah A.Riesland,
<br />Laura Michael and Howard A. Miller,tee sun# of $649.80,a.s shown by receipts of legatees now nn
<br />file in this office.

<br />IT IS THEREFORE;CONSIDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREEED BY THE COURT that Lots 11,12,13,14,in Block
<br />7 in Dodd and Marshall's Addition to the Village of Wood River,and Lots 9 and 10 and the Westerlyl
<br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED BY THE COURT that the report of Joseph F. Riesland,Executor,be
<br />and the same hereby approved and allowed as and for his final account.
<br />THE COURT FINDS That notice as by law required was given to all creditors of said deceased
<br />by publication for 4 consecutive weeks,of the time allowed and place appointed for filing claims
<br />against said estate ;that the time so allowed for filing claims has fully expired and that all
<br />claims outstanding against said deceased not so filed and within the time limited for filing
<br />claims,if any such there be,aretherefore barred and excluded;that all claims filed and allowed
<br />against said. estate have been paid and satisfied;
<br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED AND ADJUDGED BY THE COURT that all persons are forever barred
<br />from filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of Honor M.Miller,deceased.
<br />THE COURT FINDS that the said Honor M.Miller,departed this life on the 16th day of August,
<br />1923,tha.t she was at the time of her death a resident and inhabitant of Hall County,Nebraska,
<br />that she left a last will and testament which instrument,after due notice,was admitted to pro -
<br />bate in this court on the 29th day of September,1923,and recorded in this office.
<br />THE COURT FINDS that the said Honor M.Miller died seized In fee of the following described
<br />real estate situated in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska,to wit:
<br />Lots Nine (9) and Ten (10) and the Westerly Twelve (12) feet of Lot Eleven (11),all in Block
<br />Nine (9) of the Original Town of Wood River;Lots Eleven (11) Twelve (12) Thirteen (13) and
<br />Fourteen (14) in Block Seven (7) of Dodd and Marshall's Addition to the Village of Wood River;
<br />The North Half (ND of the North East Quarter (NE4) of Section Twenty -five (25) in Range Eleven
<br />(11),in Township Twelve (12) West of the 6th P.M.,containing Eighty (80) acres a little more
<br />or less according to the Government survey thereof.
<br />THE COURT FINDS that under t'e provisions of the last will and testament of said Honor M.
<br />Miller,d.eceased,a.11 of the right,title and interest of the testatrix did pass and descend at her
<br />death to Laura F.Michael,Lavinia C.C1ark,Leah A.Riesland and Howard Miller,her children,in equal
<br />shares and in absolute title.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE;CONSIDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREEED BY THE COURT that Lots 11,12,13,14,in Block
<br />7 in Dodd and Marshall's Addition to the Village of Wood River,and Lots 9 and 10 and the Westerlyl
